RE: Find A Grave Memorial# 34927498
Probably no relation up front as it may appear. I was a person who loved to get out of doors rather than stay at home so I took on walking cemeteries and taking pictures. Loved it until my hips became a hindering factor and I can no longer do it. I miss it so much but can find other genealogy branches to help and pay forward when I can. You probably see my name often because I have walked so many of the local cemeteries. But, I would love to talk about possibilities of relationship if there is any chance....Shirley

Patricia Fox
I'm sorry - I meant to say it could also be read as "William & Harriet Fox English" and so the reason not sure if last name is English or Fox. Sorry for any confusion.

Harriet Martin Fox English
I happened to be in the cemetery and stumbled across her parents' family plot and you will see that I have added records for them and placed a request to link them to her. Why I'm writing to you is because in the family plot was a marker for an infant by the name of Patricia Fox (154837842), noting she is the "daughter of William Fox and Harriet English". However, I keep looking at it and it could be read as "daughter of William Fox & Harriett English" or "daughter of William & Harriett English Fox". I guess I'm asking if you could look at Patricia's marker photo and then just respond to let me know if you believe last name is Fox or English.

Victoria,

I got a picture today while I was at Riverview. Didn't realize it had been claimed.

RE: English Family
Victoria, you might want to contact the cemetery office to find out who is buried in the plot with the "English" cross on it. I'm thinking that there is more than one person and I wouldn't be surprised that those in there are also related to you. I noted the section as 26 which probably would be helpful for the cemetery office.

RE: Find A Grave (English - Mt Hope Cemetery)
Your request for transfers have been completed. In addition, I happen to have photos of markers and so have uploaded them as well. I am surprised that the large cross would be for the infant son but figure you would know for sure since this is part of your family.

Thank you so much for your help. This is far beyond any expectations. Your help is greatly appreciated. You have cleared up the spelling of Bolling to Bowling and thanks for that. I hope I can return the favor to you some day.

Thank you for your reply. GA death records says he died in Lowndes Co. He married Cerece Monique Walker 17 Jun 1929 in Louisville KY. so no help there. I have even tried to google his children with no luck. I feel that I have come to a complete dead end. The only thing that I had said he was buried there. I have been told that his wife remarried after his death so I don't know her new name.

Elizabeth Carter
Since there is no headstone for Elizabeth Carter, is she even listed in the cemetery? If so by what source? If not, where would you recommend I go to for that sort of information?

Unmarked graves
Whose graves are unmarked? Walter's? His wife? His children? What does the sexton say or a funeral director?
Sincerely,
Shirley
