RE: Walter Jennings Williamson
The memorial has been transferred to your loving care. Please accept my sincerest sympathy for your loss. May your faith and family sustain you until you can be reunited with your uncle one day. Thank you for the honor of creating and maintaining his memorial until he could be reunited with those who loved him best.

Walter Jennings Williamson
Hey Rick,
I see that you're related to Mr. Williamson. Would you like me to transfer his memorial to your care? I believe family should be with family and that's why I create memorials for strangers is that in hopes one day they may be reunited with their family. Just let me know if you want the transfer and I'll be glad to make it happen.

Also I was finally able to get his parents linked- thanks for the info. I had to decline your edit because you had accidentally linked Walter to himself instead of to his father. No worries though- I got it fixed and all is well.

Thanks for all you do to make Find a Grave a great place for us all.

I just got back from Oak Hill Cemetery. Unfortunately, Connie does not have a headstone. She is buried in the Haggard family plot, next to her brother, Dennis A Haggard. I did photograph the area for you.

Mary Hardy
I photographed the entire cemetery and found no marker bearing her name, the age of the burial puts it in the oldest section and there are many graves marked as the photo I posted here sorry hope you find something concrete.

RE: Thanks!!
Hi, Rick. I've only been to Greenfield this once since Sandy and didn't see much damage although I didn't go very far in or look too closely. Holy Rood Cemetery, in Westbury, got hit VERY hard with MANY large trees down and a LOT of damage to grave sites. My 100 foot tall oak tree flattened my garage like a pancake and had to be rebuilt (no, the car was not inside but a lot of other stuff was). I'm near Westbury, in East Meadow.

Incidentally, there were a number of Whitman grave markers on the Lowden lot and I saw no record of them on Find A Grave so I made up memorials & added the photos. There was also a child, surname Milford, on the Lowden lot that was "transplanted" according to the inscription. No first name, from 1905. (You can look them up; maybe they're related to the Lowdens?)

Ireland graves in Glasgow KY
I fulfilled your photo requests for the Ireland family buried in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. All four graves are together. In one row is, left to right: Selvy Jr., then Selvy Sr., and then Lillian. Directly behind Lillian is Martha Jane Ireland. To the left of Martha Jane and directly behind Selvy Sr., is another grave which has just a short stone that sticks up from the ground perhaps 5" - I could not detect any engraving on it and have no idea if it's really a part of the same plot or not. Hope this helps.

RE: Richard Lowden headstone photo
Hi, Rick. Yes, you did send me the note about Mary Estelle Lowden and I replied to you shortly after (should be on your email or the Find A Grave messages). I had said there wasn't a marker for her, probably because it was such a recent death. However, there was an empty spot in the ground where a marker had recently been removed; perhaps they're using that marker to add May's name. You might want to check with the cemetery; if that's the case, I'll be happy to go back and shoot when it's ready.

RE: Richard Lowden headstone photo
Glad to be of assistance. I also took photos of all the other smaller stones at that location (figured I was there, just in case) so if you need any of them, let me know.
