Maranda Cody
Francis Marion Allred - Carney Cemetery
Hi,

I was able to read the headstone for you. The inscription is part of a poem. I uploaded the poem for you. It is not inscribed in full on the stone but this is what is inscribed:

A precious one from us has gone
A voice we loved is stilled
A place is vacant in our home
Which never can be filled.

There are no inscriptions that indicate wether Frances is male or female.

Best wishes!

~Maranda Cody

I would appreciate it if you would contact me by email or private message regarding certain memorials listed to Carney Cemetery for relatives of the surname BEST. There are some errors which need to be addressed.
My e-mail addy is damoonldy@aol.com

Thanks in advance!

Farm Girl from Mo.
Capital letters!
Is there some reason you used lower case letters on some of your memorials and on others you have the first letter of each name Capitalized as they should be. Some memorials even have just the middle initial in lower case letters. If you have the time to go through and make the necessary corrections to your memorials they would look so much nicer. Names should always start with a capital letter. Find A Grave only frowns on using all capital letters for a name. Just trying to help.

Donna Lee Wall
carney cemetery
Annie and William Blakely, Laura Carpenter, Clarence Austin:

Thank you for taking the time to take and post their tombstone pictures.

My husband has family this cemetery and I thought I would request photos on the sites that did not have tombstone pictures. I have so many more to go.

Thank you for all you have done for Find A Grave and this cemetery.
