Sgt Jack Benny Willingham
Hello Mr. Peabody, ... what a great name! So, I wanted to alert you to a few changes I suggested for Jack Willingham tonight. As a soldier myself and fellow Find A Grave contributor ... I believe it is accepted protocol to list a soldier's rank only if he/she died in uniform. The other changes I suggested are for Jack's birth location based on the birth certificate I found on Ancestry.com this afternoon. I hope you'll agree on these. Thanks!

I got a photo of Lucretia Johnson and also the correct photo of her husband Charles. The one on his record is incorrect. Maybe his father as the dates are not correct.

Thank you for the kind words, but Randy Williamson is the guy who pointed me in the right direction. It's all about connecting family and not letting people be forgotten.

Sadie Stubblefield
Mr. Peabody,

You have to do the edits on Sadie's memorial, because I already transferred her management to you, plus you have to rescind your edit from my account, or it will get a decline notice.

Keith McDonald
RE: william mcdonald photo request
that cemetery is listed for them in a family history, no source was given as to where it came from.

i have william died in greene township, which is where sumption prairie cemetery is, and his wife lucinda died in South Bend 17 years later, did not remarry. South bend right next to greene township, so it makes sense for her to be buried same place as william

do not see that they would be in a plot for parents/siblings

his parents are buried in ohio.
her parents both died in ohio, most likely buried there.

i do not have any of his siblings in same cemetery/area, no info on locations for burial locations for her siblings, did not see any other ferguson's listed there on Find A Grave

in addition to son Thomas and his wife Eunice, I also have in Sumption Prairie cemetery:

daughter Mildred Ann and her husband Samuel McClellan, Flagpole section, south of the flagpole

also in St Joseph County at time of death, but do not have cemetery info:

son James Alfred and his wife Eliza Engle

daughter Mary Ellen and her husband Henry J Whitmer

i took another look at my records... his son thomas w mcdonald and his wife eunice are also buried in that cemetery. the note i have for their plot is "9th row from back s/w corner of cemetery"

no idea if william and his wife lucinda would be in the same plot, nearby, or ??

Mr. Peabody
Thank-you.
I wanted you to know having been in the Army I have taken several photos of memorials for our lost soldiers. Being at the cemetery visiting my grandmother, I saw Jesse's headstone and shot the picture and later made the memorial. In hope of someone, some day, would like the memorial I made for their relative and would want to take charge of the memorial. You are the first.

I think this has happened before with obits from that source--every word is capitalized, so I really can't add it that way.
