Thank you for trying to find a marker for Mary. The plot information came from whoever made her find a grave page. Perhaps they typed something in error. Thank you for looking for me. I really appreciate your time and efforts.

Thank you so much for your efforts to find a marker for Edward Norris. I'm disappointed that there doesn't appear to be one, but thank you so much for looking for it.

I knew Walter from his military records but only knew info of parents and siblings from family records not if they were in plot

Hahaha.
I should have looked down one message. I swear posting on your board had nothing to do with something you might be thinking. It just caught my eye a minute ago. Sufficiently obtuse? :D

Brochu family at Holy Sepulchre
Thank you very much for going to Holy Sepulchre to take a photo of my husband's family's graves. I believe the photo you took for Julia Brochu rightly belongs on her son and daughter-on-law's memorial (James Gilsey Brochu and Mary Josephine Hedden Brochu - Memorial # 174774340 and Memorial # 174774437) I would appreciate it if you would be kind enough to place your photo on the proper memorials. Again, thank you sincerely for going to the trouble of locating this grave and taking the photo. Kind regards, Peggy Brochu

RE: Thomas Lennahan at Holy Sepulchre
What is your relation to Thomas Lenahan? He is most likely my 4th-great-grandfather (I'm descended through his son, Luke) so it's possible we may be related.

Thank you for your reply and thank you for searching. We were actually passing by the cemetery this morning and try to find the grave. Unfortunately, we gave up our search because section K was very confusing and we concluded that there isn't a grave for him :(

RE: What the...
When I hear "Mother of God," it conjures images of a fat old plumber with a beer gut wear saggy work pants and contemplating an emergency repair of asbestos-covered pipes, not someone revering Mary, if'n you know what I mean.

So, I guess it would also be okay to name a Roman Catholic cemetery "Jesus, Mary & Joseph"?

I understand the point you made about context and use, but I still can't shake the feeling that someone needs his mouth washed out with soap. :)

RE: Happy New Year
Happy New Year to you, too! I can't believe it arrived so quickly.

The only reason we haven't both been booted is that they closed the old forums. ;) It's not like we're older and more mature, or anything... cause we're NOT! (older, anyway). ;)
