RE: Ruth Coward Arrington
Your Aunt is now transferred to you.
I was born and raised in Hampton, VA and some of the Arrington family in Cocke County, TN are related to some of my distant family members.

Glad that I can help others find their long lost family members.

RE: Rhinehart
The Medford family is my direct line. I normally do not transfer a Medford memorial unless the relationship is closer than mine. Since Angeline was you 2nd Great Grandmother I have transferred the memorial to you. If you add anything to the memorial please advise me so I can keep my records updated. Thanks

PS: Angeline was my 3rd cousin twice removed. Distant but related none the less. My Mom was a Medford raised in Texas.

William Coward
Hi Glenda, long time no see- hope you are ok. Im still looking for the burial record of my gt gt grandfather William Coward and I still havent found anything . I now think he died in America or Canada as ive found a suspect William on a passenger list for liverpool to USA. Anyway it would appear that im looking for a death between 1891 and 1901 - i was wondering if you might help me on this, ive another cousin in Utah looking as well, todate though we have both drawn a blank - ive 'adopted' another william as a left a flower on the grave and someone transferred to me but - its not he -

Coward Family
Are you researching the Coward family of Moultrie Country,IL. ?

Ransom Coward was married to my 2nd cousin, 1x removed, Lucille Ranney (d/o Sigg Andrew and Mary Sparrow Ranney). I know they had 2 children before 1920; but Ransom was divorced by 1930.
Found him buried in Keller Cemetery in Lovington, IL
Just found death information on one son, who died in 1920. Don't know whereabouts of Lucille or other son, Earl Coward, b. ca. 1915, in IL.

CAN YOU HELP?
EMAIL ME PRIVATELY, PLEASE.

THANK YOU.

There is a photo request for his memorial. I walked the cemetery today, could not find Taylor. Some of the cemetery may be reclaimed by nature, over grown. Do you know where his grave is. There seems to be several marked with plain rocks, several with no marker.

Cemeteries on Caney Fork NC
FYI: On F-A-G, there should be 4 Coward Cemeteries on Caney Fork: Coward, Old Coward, Upper Coward (2 ducks), and Lower Coward. Someone has combined the first 3, and thrown in some Lower Coward burials under the name "Coward (also known as Upper Coward) as if they were one cemetery. Lower Coward entries still seem to be OK.

Georgia E. Rhinehart Norman
Dear Glenda,
I wanted to know if you might have any information about Georgia? I have searched for years to find a family member that might possibly have a photo of Georgia or any information about her.
She is my GG Grandmother, we do not have much information about her as she died so young. If you have any information that you would be so kind to share with me, or direct me to another family member that might be able to help me, I would appreciate you so much. God Bless you.....

Richard Coward
Hi Glenda - ive now found out some more info as ancestry updated their records - Richard Coward junior (1743) took on an apprentice called Jane Boydell and he was a shopkeeper . I have a couple more i that time James Coward did 1786 left a will and was a silkweaver ((but i dont think he had that much as he was buried without a headstone as they couldnt afford it, but this doesnt surprise me at all as traditionally in this family they didnt like to spend any money if it wasnt an essential ) I also have a Christopher would could read and write he married late in life and ended up in the workhouse -
I still have no sign of Williams death (its strange ) hope that helps

james coward
hi,
My James Coward was born in 1853 and is brother to my gr gr grandfather william (who also disappears after 1881 aged 50) looks like James went to america - but may have returned - he was living in liverpool and had one son called Albert Place coward - im still not sure if James went to USA or not but a passenger list suggests its him - but no death record here so far - his occupation was engineer

Richard coward
Sadly no i cant get further back from richard but I have found three or four cowards a few miles away including a very early John Cowood in Harwood - but no enough of them to even string one family togehter - the parish records get ropey before 1700 in this area as they were sometimes lost - also a family in standish and a reference to a Leanord Coward in Wigan in the 1500s - are you connected to my cowards at all ? I would love to share some info as I have a James Coward who seems to go to America but nothing further-

William D Coward
Hi Glenda,
I just noticed on (#63360138) William D Coward that if this is Talitha's son, the record has the wrong parents, and siblings. He was married to Dora Long, so spouse is correct. How to correct?
