Thank you. I am distantly related to her (through marriage) but I haven't been able to determine the exact link. I will leave as is but appreciate your offer.

No Reins
Roseanna Mekemson memorial
I have located a Roseanna Mekemson (143095906)in Walton, Harvey County, Kansas. She died in 1879 but I do not have proof that this is the wife of wife of John in Henderson County, Illinois, yet. So far I have nothing absolute that this is her. Any help is appreciated. The reason you cannot contact me is because there are some scary people on this site and I have been threatened on several occasions.

Richard McLean
Arthur "Art" Hassebrock

The Creason funeral home in millstadt was the funeral home that took care of Art after he died. He was transferred to the Campagna Funeral Home in Okawville for the funeral.

I noticed a Blackbird submitted another record for Art in another cemetery. Saint Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Okawville is the correct Cemetery according to Art's Obituary.

Also I saw you submitted a link to Art's wife, Edna Lorraine Simpson Hassebrock. Do you have her linked to my record or the one Blackbird created?

I have sent Blackbird an email to inform him/her that their record is a duplicate in the wrong cemetery.

Jean, I am so sorry I just found your addition to Samuel W McGregors Memorial. I DO appreciate it. Samuel had three wives also. I haven't found the first (Catherine Gamble) or the second, (Nancy 'Bigelow') Biglow? I have records of marriages and census records, but not found much more.
You were very kind to add to his memorial. Thank you.
My daddy had a grt. grt. grandmother who married Thomas Washington Tabor, (NOT the one who participated in the Civil War) This TWT was a bit younger. Anyway...She was Julia Ann Kelley. D/O John Kelley and Polly Hill 'Marcum' Kelley.
Just saw you work on the Kelley family..wonder if it is the same one?

Becker in Waterloo!!
Jean: Thank you very much for your work on Margarethe Becker and her husband Jacob. I knew she had to be there somewhere, but wasn't sure where. Is her headstone close to Jacob's? I was out there last October and the church gave me an idea where to look for both her and Jacob but I didn't have much luck. You have also taken many photos of descendants of Jacob and Margarethe. Franciska Koopmann is their daughter. And from her there are a lot of Koopmann's buried there.

I hope you are all right with me posting them on my ancestry site. It always seem to put a person to rest to have their memorial posted by their name.

Thanks to you and to Mary Huetsch for your time and effort at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

Also, I know someone who has researched the "Kunkel" family. Not sure if it is from your Kunkels but I can direct you in that direction if your interested. Again, thanks for all of your efforts,

Steve Becker
