|mjshistory||Evergreen cemetery Colfax WI.|
They had a small tornado go through there (Colfax) I think Friday. Some buildings and trees were damaged, roofs, etc. No one killed or injured like in 1958. The power was out for a day. It hit the gas station across the street from where we sat eating ice cream just a few days earlier. Glad we weren't there the day of the storm. People are busy cleaning up the mess. The cemetery is a little further to the east. Not sure if they had any damage or not. Just a few trees there.

Thank you so much for the Kentucky tombstone photos of Oatie Black (#12805356) & wife, Mattie in Freedom Cemetery; Louisa Dye Compton (#69952369) & husband, John D. in Somerset City Cemetery; and John A. (#12549065) and wife, Mahalia (#12549070) in Eden Cemetery.
I have always appreciated your help in locating my Dye family members. You have been so much help to me.
Thank you for your time, energy, and effort volunteering to be a findagrave photographer.

|mjshistory||Adolph Huseby at Colfax, WI.|
Thought I'd let you know we went over and looked for Adolph, but didn't find it yet. It is a fairly large cemetery and the big sign board where a map probably was is empty. In addition there was a funeral happening there at the cemetery that day, and it was too hot and humid to stay long. I did see a fair number of Fjelstad gravemarkers, so there's a chance he is there near those. Sorry we didn't find him yet.
Side note, my husband had ancestors from Norway that included the Rustad and Huseby/Husby surnames. His bunch settled in WI. and then the Dakotas and Otter Tail co. Mn., some went to Canada and stayed there.

Thank you so very much for photographing the tombstone of W L Morgan (1837-1922). What an impressive headstone for this man. Now I've got to get to work learning more about him. You've inspired this & I thank you so much for your time and generosity.

|Sharon Kay Dean||Wolford Martin|
Thank you so much for the photo! Wolford's family is somehow connected to my Dean family. They lived next door or with each other for decades. May I use your photo on my ancestry page? Again thank you, I know what it takes to fill requests, I do that here in Jefferson County Indiana. So this is my first photo for my Martin connection!

|Patricia Herrin Mitschelen ||RE: Thomas Stringer|
Thomas Stringer was the son of Martha and John Stringer. Records always show that he was single.
Not sure where Dorothy Stringer fits into the picture, but I'm assuming she is probably Larry Thomas Stringer's mother, but I'll check it out.
John & Martha Stringer had a daughter, named Susie Stringer. Susie is buried also in this cemetery. Susie married E (Elijah) John Herrin, my 4th cousin. Find A Grave #26946707....Pat
