|Dana Fox Mariner||Wm Moore, Lancaster, OH|
There are many Wm. Moores, some with almost identical years for birth & death. I would like to see the obit. for him that states he's from Ireland. I heard he had a christening certificate in London. I also heard he was a constable which proved untrue because our Wm. Moore would have been too young. We do know for sure that his family came through PA & settled in Fairfield Co.

|Wade ||RE: Eunice's obituary|
My mother used to spend summers at the family's summer home on the Magothy River when she was a girl. Enice was the same age as my mom. Mom always called her Myrta. She ofter talks about what wonderful times they had there.
I do not think I will tell her about Myrta's passing. She is a bit confused and news like this makes her terribly upset. Thanks for the obit.

|Wade ||RE: Amy Wade Brown|
My mother had both an Aunt Amy and a cousin Amy. Cousin Amy must be Eunice's sister. I think there were 4 or 5 girls and 2 brothers. I know both brothers have passed away.
I wrote to my 2nd cousin in California who has an extensive tree on Ancestry. com I want to see if I can get into it again so I can get all my facts straight.
PS: Happy Thanksgiving.

|Wade ||RE: I made a mistake|
Amy Wade Brown is my mother's first cousin. Mom is 96 now. However her memory has become quite hazy now and she is no longer a good source of information.
Is Amy still alive?

|Wade ||RE: Eliza Ellen Wade|
My mother told me that his mother's family name was Eccles. That is why his middle name was Eccles as was tradition at that time to give the mother's maiden name as a middle name.
As a side note, my first name "Wade" is my mother's maiden name. My sister's son is "Jacob" as her maiden name is Jacobs.
I am trying to remember. The Eccles came to America leaving their first daughter an infant at the time in England.
By the time they sent for her she didn't want to come to a family she didn't know. The Eccles had a son here.
When she came to Baltimore when her Aunt and Uncle moved here. She never reunited with her parents although my mother remembers her brother coming to visit them in Baltimore.

|Robin Bolick||Joseph urbine|
I have looked at all the resources I have and cannot find a burial site for Joseph and his wife. Some of the Urbines I knew are buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Richmond, Va. I suspect Joseph and wife may have been buried right on the farm in a family plot. Sorry I couldn't have been more help.

|Robin Bolick||RE: Urbines|
My grandmother was Edith Urbine, one of the sisters. She married Robert Richter. Two sisters married two brothers. The Urbines lived in Powhatan, Va. on a farm. Just outside of Richmond. I'd like to answer any questions you have or to provide any info I have. But currently, my husband and I are trying to empty our second home in N.C. which flooded. It's been a mess since hurricane Matthew. If you'll leave me some questions you have, I'll try and get answers for you. But if I'm a ittle slow in my responses, you'll understand why.

|Sharon Leon||RE: Richard Lee Schrader|
I enjoy transferring to relatives of the people on the memorials. Penny at email@example.com feels the same way. I think she's currently managing the memorial for Richard Lee Schrader's father, but isn't related to him. Sharon

Hi - If Richard Lee Schrader, 1948-1957, Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, OH was on your tree, would you like for me to transfer his memorial to you? I'm not related. Sharon

Natalie, Thank you for the additional information regarding Frederick Alberts. While I don't recall where I obtained the original date of birth, baseball-reference.com does match the information you sent me. His page has now been updated. I wrote the original biography in a format required for a famous person but Frederick didn't qualify as famous, probably because his baseball career was so short. I personally don't like to post full obituaries on find a grave but I have no problem using the information provided in an obituary. Although it seems his bio is fairly complete, if there is anything else you feel could be used, you can send it to me. Thanks.

|Sharon Leon||Wilfred Struble memorial|
If Wilfred Struble in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Logan, Hocking Co., OH is on your tree, I'd be willing to transfer his memorial to you. I'm not related. I assume I set up the memorial when I set up a bunch of them based on a transcript of that cemetery. Sharon

I was confused how the photo worked so in the write up under photo I retained your name.
I did not want to take credit away from you and sorry about that.
I used your photo 5 times once for each relative burried in the location. Please let me know how we should proceed so that you are crdited with the photo.

I do appeciate the work you have done and I also appreciate you taking me under wings to tell me the rules.

I received your note regarding John SCHRADER's actual death year being in 1920, though his gravestone reports 1919. I have added his obituary and a note regarding this discrepancy to his memorial.

I'm currently working on our side of the family and I discovered through your work that there was another son born to Jacob and Susan Head Martz (Daniel S). I wanted to thank you for all your work. By the way, I was wondering why you are deleting obituaries.

|Rick Purcell||Thanks again!|
I received Bess today...appreciate it. Everyone on Find A Grave has been great, I have been able to get all of Bess's siblings also from people I do not know, but who were helpful. Natalie, if you don't mind, I would like my grandfather, George Henry Purcell, and my Grandmother Wilda Shrader. That will do it for me...as I am only interested in immediate family and grandparents.
I appreciate all the help you have been with relatives and info about Find A Grave!

Thanks for releasing my father, Joseph Purcell! You have my mother also, Bessie Purcell. The timing is interesting as I had just visited those sites again last week! Thanks!!

|Rick Purcell||RE: Jacob Shrader|
Edward John Shrader? He is brother then of Joseph Henry Shrader who I am from. Yes, that would make Jacob my gggfather also! Thats really neat.
Can you tell me the other brothers and sisters Edward and Joseph had? I show two sisters, Matilda Crook and Magdalena Miller. Is this correct? Was there a sister Mary also?
Well, if you ever know someone who wants the line straight down from Joseph H Shrader...send them my way! Our gggfathers would not believe descendants would connect after all these years over devices we call PCs while sitting in their living rooms.
If you have any info on Edward you would like to share...I am listening. Thanks for your time thus far.

|Rick Purcell||Jacob Shrader|
Natalie: I have had some great breakthroughs today via Find-a Grave. Thank you so much for your work. Jacob Shrader is my great great grandfather. Downward descent via Joseph Shrader, Wilda Shrader, to her son Joseph William Purcell, who was my dad!
We have nothing on this family line, until I started this search. I was wondering where you got the photo of Jacob Shrader? I see you are from the Shrader line yourself, so if you would like to share any old pictures you have, I would greatly appreciate it.
Wilda's sister were Eleanor and Florence! My dad spoke about her sisters a lot, and I met one of them, I can't remember which as a kid...I remember she has a canary. (Things kids remember)
As you know, its such excitement when you break through a layer of genealogy...anything you can tell me or share I would be greatly appreciative of it. Rick Purcell, firstname.lastname@example.org (I have always loved Hocking county, and spend most of my time there...it must be in my genes!)
