His occupation was an auctioneer. He died young and Mary "Mollie" was raised by a sister.

RE: Donaldson Family
You are about 2.5 hours from me in Lexington. We might be able to arrange a meeting to share info some time. Let me look through my Donaldson stuff and see if there is a reference to Pool Donaldson. Email me some more info on him at tamber12@aol.com.

RE: Donaldson Family
Hi Carl, I have some documentation on the Donaldson family out of Ulster, Northern Ireland. It does include some info on the family as the brothers came to America. Do you live in Kentucky by any chance? I would be happy to share what I have.

RE: Holland Family
Based on others research, William R (b. abt 1820) was probably a Holland, son of John Holland, b 1795, grandson of Asa Holland, b. 1746, grandson of Peter Holland, b. 1715. The the US Census records list him as either Hollins or Holland between the years 1850 and 1880. He married Mary Jane (Polly) Moore abt 1843 in Franklin County. The cemetery where he and Mary are located in Floyd County is very close to the Franklin County and Floyd County line.

Would there be any criteria available such as birth, death, place of birth, place of death, children's names?

RE: Wilson's
Carl,
No, I'm not related and never knew their family. I was in the cemetery taking pictures and came across their graves. I enjoy walking in cemeteries - great exercise. If you'd like me to transfer their memorials, let me know.

Hey Carl, what would you like to know about Ada? I'm not sure I can add much more than what I have linked to her on Find A Grave, but if you need specifics let me know and I'll see what I have.

RE: Jacob Kendall West
Shonda,
We were in Pike, KY again in April and found Jacob's wife, our great, great grandmother in Huddy near Hardy. We believe that Jacob may be in Ashland, KY (Pollard cemetery) where his parents are. We went there and there are several, unreadable stones. His death is recorded in the family Bible. You can view my pictures here by searching by name. I have been in contact with another granddaughter of Charles West. I put on here what I find.
Blessings,
Donna

RE: West Family
Your grandfather Charles was the brother to my great grandfather James Henry West. I went to West Virginia and Kentucky in May hoping to find Jacob's grave (in addition to some others). I have been unable to find his or even his actual death certificate. I have the date from the West family Bible that one of Jacob's sisters had and also from a great uncle's notes. I have seen on the 1900 census that he & great grandmother Mary lived with my great grandfather and that he was an invalid. My thought is he was hurt somehow in the mines. Will be going back to WV & KY in the fall on the hunt again. His parents are buried in Pollard cemetery in Ashland, KY, so maybe he's there. I will try to go there.
I do have a tree on ancestry if you ever get on there.
Blessings, cousin!
Donna
