Merritt A Brown # 106308419
Would you consider transferring management of this memorial to me? Merritt is my husband's 2nd great-grandfather which, I understand, is outside the Find A Grave guidelines. His grave is unmarked and I have been searching for him for a long time. I appreciate your consideration. Marina Yeager #46871120

The Locust Hill Cemetery has no record for Rollie's burial. Did he use a different 1st name.
Hope to hear from you.

I found the headstone for Mabel. I almost missed it, as it was next to the last stone on the row, somewhat hidden in a shrub. Her husband was to her left.
One has to be careful walking thru this cemetery. The ground is very uneven and you have to watch out for ruts, etc.
Have a good day.

W. Walton (J. W. Walton)
Hello, I added a photo to your request of W. Walton, but the marker reads J. W. Walton (different from the other J. W. Walton in Wheeling Township Cemetery). I created a J. W. memorial, then realized the gravestone belonged to the W. Walton memorial, so we need to get the first initial corrected on that memorial and I'll delete the duplicate. I can suggest the correction, no problem. The conditions were muddy and it's not the best of shots; better weather and some cleaning should yield some better results!

Are you referring to the Slater memorials in Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci, Michigan? I added the memorials and the photos.

Jane Hanlon request
Could you call Holy Sepulchre Cemetery and get the exact location of the grave (Section, lot and grave)? If I know where to go, I can get the photo for your request.

I also have additional pictures and my personal notes if you want them. I took 11 pics (two were uploaded to F-a-G)including info for John's wife, Sarah. My notes include a location within the cemetery as well as other information on my findings. They are yours for the asking. Tom R.

RE: Henry Shippen
You are most welcome. There are other Shippens buried on that same plot as well as some other family. All are well known as early residents of Meadville, PA and have things named after them around town. I took a lot of photos but haven't had much time to upload them but will do that and let you know in case you need those as well. Most of the stones are either weathered or very dirty. I will do my best. Have a great day!

RE: D.Ward

You are very welcome.

Question. Are the "Wards' tied in with the "Ott's" and "Eastman's" I put up some of their pics also. I noticed that they are buried near each other and some of the Ott's and Eastman's carry the Ward name.
