T. M. Vance
I saw your post on T. M Vance.
Was he related to JOHN M. or W. Vance.

I have been searching for him. John's middle name was either M or W & I am not sure which.

He was married to Mahulda (Hulda)Hurst Vance. & they had 2 children.Synthia & Minnie Camilla Vance Whittington.

John & Mahulda was from the area of Franklin, Clay or Jefferson Counties of Illinis.

I do not know what happened to John Vance.

If you have any information about this family I would like to correspond with you. I have info on their children.

Thank you, Alice Hurst

RE: Pittman Warren Faulkinbury
Dear Vicki,

I Am Truly Sorry I Do Not Know The Name Of The "PARENTS" Of My Uncle Pittman. I Did Check 3-MILLER FAMILY BOOKS AND "NOTHING".

I Am Just Getting Over KIDNEY OPERATION And I Am Doing Good. Have Just Been Released From My DR. This Month (MAY), But I Still Have Some Pain.

I Would "LOVE" To Locate The "DESCENDANTS" Of My Uncle Pittman & Aunt Hulda Today 2017.

I Do Have 3 Truly Very Old Photo's. (VERY OLD)

I Plan On Getting Someone To Help Me (COPY ALL 3 PHOTO'S).

I Live In Mobile, Alabama. My Great Great Grandfather WILLIAM MILLER, SR. Is A (BROTHER) TO HULDA (MILLER) Faulkinbury.

I Do See The "WILL" In One Of My Miller Family Book's GEORGE MILLER From Lancaster County, South Carolina And I Saw Where Uncle Pittman Wrote A Letter To The Court House In Lancaster County, South Carolina About His WIFE HULDA To See What She Would Receive From Her Late Father's Estate.

That Was Very Interested.

Blessings In Christ Always,

Thank you for your help. If you had that it would be awesome. He is a very distant relative though so if you can't find it that's ok. Thank you again.

RE: Benjamin & Nancy Hutchins
All done and infant added.

I wonder if their other three children: James Monroe, Benjamin Franklin "Sugar Ben" and Paralee Hutchins Taylor are buried there also?

Did the cemetery seem to mind answering questions regarding their burials?

Can you call them again or give me their #?

Thanks so much for all your help.

Hi Vicki. I have reviewed my information on Benjamin Franklin Hutchins as to the dates you asked about. I think the dates were just passed down especially the 1892 for his wife Nancy. Maybe there is a DC in Illinois for the 1913 date. If so I do not have it in my files.

Moses Hutchins was my 4th great grandfather.

If I can help you with connecting let me know.

RE: Photos
I try to choose a good sun day but most of the time I must go when I have the time. Thanks for the info on camera; mine may be worn out but I thought it originally made better pictures. When I started taking photos I always tried to get on level but my knees don't always want to do that. There is only 54% at Brearley. If that cemetery is close to you and you want to take photos, I'll tell you the areas I've taken. Adding photos for the older part is so slow, since I may take 4 or 5 to get a readable photo; I also take a small dry erase board with me to write some of the names on.

Your photos for Brearley are always so good. Do you mind telling me what kind of camera you use?

Thank you for all your efforts! I did see the other photos as well. You are very good at this and I appreciate all your help! It now makes sense why she was in this area and has given me some more thoughts on researching now!

RE: Margaret Harmon
Yes she was born in Iowa and that is possibly a sister. There were several sisters and find them living with her throughout the census years. She also has another sister who married a Harmon brother to her Joseph. I will check out the information thank you!

Brearley Cemetery
Some of the names on the Brearley Cemetery request list did not have markers or were unreadable. Sorry, to say all requests could not be fulfilled.

Is there anyway to find out who or whom put the stone on the grave? This is the first time I've run across anything that notes her year of death.

Mary Ann McBride Carroll #25359151
Hi Vicki....The photo you posted to this Memorial on 29 Mar 2016 is for a Miriam C McBride and the Memorial is for Mary Ann McBride Carroll.

I've tried to contact Harkey Valley Cemetery with no luck to confirm Mary Ann's Plot Number.

There is another Memorial John H McBride Memorial
#160203484 who's Headstone is the same design as the Miriam C McBride Headstone....could it be she is John's wife....and there is no Memorial for her.

Please verify you have posted the correct photo to this Memorial #25359151....Thank You so much...lookyloo

Do you know anything about this cemetery? I see you photographed a Margaret (Peek) Harmon. I think this may be my great-great- grandmother I have been looking for. Are there any records anywhere of others buried but not documented or photos yet? I am looking for her husband Joseph/Joel T Harmon. And I'm not sure how they ended up in this area? It is nowhere in the area I was looking for them! Thank you so much!

Thirteen of the photo request either did not have grave markers or they were unreadable according to the director of the cemetery.

I wondered if you are taking photos at Brearley. I took photos of Section 6 and have added those to Find A Grave. I have photos of Section 7 and most of Section 5 but have not edited those yet nor added. I just didn't want to duplicate what you are doing.
