RE:John Franklin Kennedy

OK. Thanks for creating this memorial. JFK is my great-grandfather also, so we must be 2nd-cousins.

RE: Memorial# 137869847

There being no 'DePugh' graves listed on Find A Grave in Lackawanna County, but lots of 'DePew' graves entered, I have gone with DePew instead of DePugh for Hettie's maiden name. If I'm wrong, please let me know.

Thanks,
Tom Vought

Hattie DePugh Turner Memorial# 137869847
Thank you for the heads up on Hattie. This was a common case that I usually catch, but failed to in this instance. Her son George was the informant on the death certificate and gave his parent's names rather then the deceased parents' names. I found a number of her children's marriage license applications and the clerks recorded Hattie DePew / DePugh almost equally.

Now, with her maiden name as DePugh, does that still agree with your family that records show her mother as Margaret Griffin (1832-1915)? If so, who was her father, if you know?

Thanks so much for the note,
Tom Vought

Sandra Scott
Panther Creek Cemetery, IA and Coffin Family
If I haven't asked you already, I wonder if I may have your permission to use your cemetery and/or grave marker photos on my family website. Check it out at http://freienmuth-shortridge.com/ernst/buchheim-cemeteries.html. This is how I'd be using the photos and obituaries I find on Find A Grave, with 'used with permission' in the caption.

Thank you.

Dates ...
Depending on who the person is ... My ancestors DOB and DOD dates were acquired through fed & state gov't records, church records, census records ... I really am trying to find out where I come from ... know it sounds silly, but before i leave this earth, i want to try and understand the lives and struggles my ancestors lived through ...

Family
I am related to the Williams Family of Northeastern Pennsylvania, the Jones/Williamson Family of Delaware/Maryland, and numerous "Polish" families of Pennsylvania & Delaware ... Which family members are you connected to me?

If you are referring to my ancestors from Del-Mar-Va, I have been doing research on my family and have been using this as a tool to help me with my family tree ... If you could help me fill in the blanks, I would greatly apprieciate the help ... Thanks - Roger

GLENDA EISENHOUR
RE: Sarah Ludlam #24618721
Sorry, I live half way across the country from this cemetery. I did a lot of sleuthing to finally find a person who lived next to this cemetery who happily agreed to take the photos for me. The cemetery is locked and on private property.

I still have the DVD she sent of the photos and have looked at it again, but it appears to me to clearly show 1753. I will attempt to send an attachment of it by way of your e-mail. Are you certain of the date you have?

Williamson
I went back to St. Petes today and fullfilled the rest of your Williamson requests. In addition I got a photo for Rebecca E. Williamson, another child of A. E. & C. S. Wiliamson and a sister of Elijah and Guy L. I also got James H. (not M.) Williamson. He's on the same stone as SA & Harriet and W. Talman.
