RE: Photo
While I was looking for my relations grave sites it was no problem to take a few more pictures.

Not a problem. I've also added all of the other Flanagan graves I found if you'd care to take a look. Quite a few are near Mary, so I assume they are also relations of Martin and yourself.

RE: Photo Request
You're welcome. I just finished the ~month-long process of taking photos of every headstone I could find at St. Cecelia's!

You're welcome, Tom. Thanks for acknowledging. I am trying to do the whole cemetery as I got about 40 requests & after 6 trips or so couldn't find half of them. Hopefully I will come across Mr Pierce. Bonnie doesn't have a page so I was going to make one but if you would like to that would be fine & I will post that stone for her. I have to see if I can find her DOD in May, tho, as I can't read it on the stone. If you don't make a page & know it I would appreciate your telling me since I never know whose I can find.
Thanks, Linda

Samuel Steele photo
Hi Tom,
Thanks for your photo of Bear Creek Cemetery! Samuel was my husbands 3rd Great Grandfather. I noticed on his memorial that there is an inscription:
Father
War of 1812
Age 83

Is there an actual marker in the cemetery?
Thanks for you time!

Family Means Everything
Barb Best in Brookdale
Hi Tom...Just wonder if you're related to Barb? She was a dear friend of mine at Western Steel. We were all family there. I have her headstone picture in my collection so will be posting it once I find it. I happen to stumble upon her when looking for another grave one day. It saddened me as I didn't know she had passed but she had been on my mind a lot to look her up and visit with her. Thanks so much.

Catherine Rockett
Hello Tom,
I can not edit the Catherine you are referring to. You must edit her parents on her edit tab since you maintain her memorial page. Just copy and paste her mother's Find A Grave # into the edit relationship info.

You left me a question, but no way to get back to you without a public post. The person who created the 2012 posting of the same gravestone is using a different name for the same cemetery. It often happens to older cemeteries. The one I posted to in 2008 has nearly 1500 posting. The one in 2012 only just over 100.
