You have the wrong info for Jessie M Dunn at Eternal Rest Cemetery, Chidester, Arkansas. Jessie is a woman not man and the date of birth and dates are incorrect. I attended her funeral and got the info from her funeral program to create the correct Find A Grave memorial 69874057.

Thank you for finding my mistake, there is a grave marker for her at Riverview Cemetery but no listing for her in the internment's listing. I have removed my memorial, once again thank you.

My mother is Doris S Page. Would you mind changing the cemetery to Horne - Shepard? Currently the cemetery is listed as Rowell Cemetery.
I appreciate your help in correcting this.
Thank you in advance, Angela Page Gross

Dear Concerned Find-A-Gave Contributors and visitors,
Regarding: DUPLICATE MEMORIALS in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia
A former large volume F-A-G Contributor had a dispute with Find-A-Grave staff and Deleted some 80% or more, of their contributed memorials, estimated to be about 40,000 or so. Thus causing the rest of us local Contributors, over the last year or more, to re-enter those family, friends and distant relatives we noted were missing.
Once F-A-G had decided to take positive action, they reloaded all the Deleted memorials from that former F-A-G Contributor, on Wednesday, 25feb2015. F-A-G staff, undoubtedly knew they would cause tens of thousands of Duplicates, and assigned their staffer, known as 'ProjectMgr' to work through their Merge process.
Please be patient and allow F-A-G to work through the entire group of Duplicate memorials.
E49 Created above Statement
If anyone gets Find A Grave to transfer memorials cared for by ProjectMgr Just a heads up I dont delete any connected to ProjectMgr.I worked hard to replace all the memorials that had been deleted.Find A Grave choice to re-upload the Old Deleted memorials And we work free on this site.So if anyone wants our memorials Have Find A Grave Merge them or if you dont have a problem merging then more power to you.
I do want to thank anyone that has helped with my duplicants created after the major upload of old memorials formerly deleted.I really appreciate the help.

Thanks for the edits you sent my way. I recall going through my data and changing all "unknown" memorials to "Doe" at some point.... I thought F.A.G. suggested that format. I just checked the F.A.Q. and now I'm switching them all back to "unknown."

|Anonymous Graver||update: Infant Porter in Heflin AL|
Due to your request I have researched and updated this Infants memorial. I still can not add a name, as I have explained in the bio and to you in my "Decline to accept Edit". The parents were prominent citizens in Heflin and they made the decision to not disclose their 1st borns name on the marker so they could hide his death. Secrets always come back to haunt your family. Even 116 yrs later. I am sure, like most people today, that the parents never even thought that a person could sit at home and read documents on a personal computer that would reveal their secret.

Just wondering....do you know J.E. Brandon Smith?

|Dorothy Varnell||P.S. Allen Hansford Daniell|
Now I think of it, it was Debbra who I received Allan's memorial from, so it was indeed the merger of dupes that must be how it wound up in your custody. I looked over the memorials I manage and this one is the only one in Bucksnort that has been affected by the mergers.

|Dorothy Varnell||Allen Hansford Daniell|
Hello! I was startled to see that management of my great-grandpa Allen Hansford Daniell's memorial, #9917047, had been transferred to you - I got custody of it some four years ago from Judy. I never received any notice from you or Find A Grave asking for me to transfer it to you, and I expect that somehow it happened when dupes in the Bucksnort Cemetery (which is where he is, next to Phemie) not on the Stoney Point side), were merged. Anyhow, I would please like to have him back. Thank you for your time and attention. - Dorothy Varnell, AKA Dee☼

|Linda Hiross||Ernest J. Clark|
Thanks for alerting me to the duplicate I created on Ernest. The earlier listing you referenced has him as "burial unknown", and I believe Find A Grave guidelines give preference to the first person to list a memorial in the correct cemetery. The best I can do is contact the first lister and ask him to assign Ernest to New Hope Cemetery so I can remove my duplicate listing. The lister's bio page notes he is "taking a break" from Find A Grave, but hope he will respond to the request. Thanks again for your keen observation. Linda

I worked on the McAllister memorials. I was conflicted when I established them as their gravestones noted the spelling of their surname as McAlester, but the actual spelling was McAllister. I have placed explanations. Many thanks.
