Hobart Treadway
We have a relative whose grandfather was Hobart Treadway. Supposedly buried in Oak Hill. It also appears his first name was either Elzie or Elsie. Do you have any information on where he may be buried. I can't find his name in any of the cemeteries. The relative was told his body was picked up and taken to Oak Hill. He died, I believe, in Spencer.

I am a cousin to John and I tried emailing him but it keeps getting kicked out.

Is there a new email?

Hale Stewart, Treadway Cemetery
My name is Sandra Lynn Stewart Holm. My father was Fred (NMI) Stewart and my grandpa was Hale Stewart. Charles, Everett and Ray were my Uncles and Laura Reed was my Aunt. My grandpa, brother Raymond, sister Kay, are buried in Treadway. My sister, Pat, and brother, David have their markers there now. My dad remarried Anne Mae Neal and she and my father are buried in the cemetery in Fayetteville along with my brother Richard Stewart.

My mother was Dessie Mae Parrish Stewart. She died when I was 7. My other brothers are Arnold and David. My sisters are Doris Miller, Juanita Rakes, Patricia Richards, Brenda Paulette Shockey, Beverly Sue Blake.

All the people buried in Treadway Cemetery in Oak Hill are related to me some way or another. You had to be a family member to be buried in this privately owned cemetery.

Treadway Cemetery
I sent a message some time back regarding the graves of James Lewis Treadway, James William Treadway, Jesse L. Treadway, and Loutishia Treadway. It turns out these people are not buried in the Treadway Cemetery in Oak Hill, but in another cemetery in Beckwith, just outside of Fayetteville.

I have many realitives in the Treadway family cemetary. I was wondering if someone could hook me up with a Treadway family member who can help me with my family tree and get back in touch with the family.
My mother was Leona C. Stewart, my grand parents were Hale Stewart and Annie Mae Treadway. As much information that i can gather ends at Jonathan Treadway. HELP!

Treadway Cemetery
You have entered records for James Lewis Treadway, James William Treadway, Jesse L. Treadway, and Loutishia Treadway as being buried in the Treadway Cemetery in Oak Hill, WV. I am very familiar with that cemetery since several of my family members are buried there. I used to help my dad cut grass in the cemetery back in the 60's. I still cut the grass there whenever I go to visit WV. The point of this message is, none of these 4 are buried in the Treadway Cemetery on Young Street. I maintain a record of all the graves there and these 4 are not included.

RE: Transfer request.
Thank you, Shelley2007, I am glad that someone has taken a photo of both Harvey and NoraBelle's grave. I've been wanting to visit West Virginia and go to many of the family graves, don't know when I can. Atleast, as a nephew of their's someone in the family can still be here for them. Jerry M. Weikle

Transfer request.

I would be interesting in maintaining Harvey Franklin Carter and Nora-Bell Stewart Carter memorials in the Treadway Cemetery. Harve Carter is my mom's, Arzula D. Ward Weikle's, older brother. He is the eldest son of Nora Clinton Wykle Carter Ward and John David Carter.

Thank you;

RE: William L. Scott
This transfer request will need to be sent via SAC - have added a number of Williams Scotts and want to make sure it's the right one.
