|Lee Bush||RE: Thank you|
I really enjoyed the time during which Bob and I were roommates!!!! I learned "a lot" about his life & extreme love of and for his family! He really enjoyed telling me about how he had learned about his biological parents and that he had siblings that he hadn't known he had. I'll always remember him putting ketchup on his green beans....ketchup on everything! One night, after a serving of green beans on our dinner plate and Bob putting ketchup on them, I was on my computer. I was at a website named Nuts.com. I found that they carried a bottle of 'RED DUCK' Curry Ketchup, so I ordered it for him along with some sugar free Rootbeer Barrel candies. When they arrived, he loved them!
Bob & Pat were such a loving & caring "team"! Their interaction, with one another, reminded me of how my parents were. Several times and especially the day Bob left for Hermiston, Pat said prayers that were very pertinent! She is a "special" person; and, Bob is, too! I Love them both. I, too, miss your Brother and my Brother in Christ! GOD BLESS YOU, RICH! Lee

|Rebecca Osmond Hold||RE: Martha Ann Hold|
Thank you, Rich, for the transfer. Yes, we always heard that Martha was Indian, and that she and he first husband, Holley, had a store in Vinita, and they could only have that store because she was Indian. My husband had DNA done, and I swear he has a nose like the Indian on the U. S. nickel, but it showed no Indian at all! Everybody thanks he is Indian, and when he was in the Navy, they called him "Chief." Thanks again. We like to have never found Martha "Malta" because we were looking under Holley, but Lo and Behold she married her daughter's brother in law! Strange things happen! But he was a lot older than his brother that married her daughter. We wish we had a picture of her. We do have a picture of the Hold's from Vinita.

Martha is my husband's great grandmother. I wondered if you would transfer her memorial to me. Thank you very much.

Sounds like your wife has a happy ending.
My grandmother saved obituaries of family, friends and neighbors. I've found hundreds in her scrapbooks. She was 94 when she died. I'm trying to find homes for them through the Find A Grave memorials. It's always nice to find a little piece of your family history.

My grandmother saved obituaries of people she knew through the years from the Kenmare/Tolley, ND area. Sophia's was among them. I found it in her scrapbook and am forwarding it to you on the SUGGEST ANY OTHER CORRECTION OR ADDITION link. I hope you'll add it to her memorial. Thanks much,
Nancy Zeltinger Austin

Hi Rich - more than happy to.
Great snapshot you uploaded. I request a gravesite photo in January, got 2 back. So you're ahead of the game there. Hope you are able to add some biographical information.

Unfortunately as a manager of a memorial on Find A Grave there are limitations. Other members can post pictures on the memorial that the manager cannot (to the best of my knowledge) delete from the memorial. I find it very frustrating.
Several of us have unsuccessfully asked the poster of the "Chief Red Bird" plaque to remove the photo.

I have transfer the Pellows to you so they can be taken care of by you. I am sure you have more information on them and now you can add that to your new memorial. They are buried in a remote area of CA and I do the postings hoping someone will find friends and family so that I can transfer the memorials.
