If you would make a memorial for Joseph's wife Eva I will add the pictures to her memorial. It was a fun day.

Nola Ballard
Thank you for sponsoring the memorial for Nola Ballard today.

RE: Your sarcastic accusation of my "blatantly" disregarding Find A Grave guidelines:

I assure you in 14+ yrs of traveling hundreds ( prob more thousands) of miles, research, etc etc I (we) have NEVER "blatantly" disregarded Find A Grave guidelines.

We are interpreting the guideline you quoted where WHEN A INITIAL is only in the name field and the name is known use the known name. I disagree with your interpretation as much as you do mine. Adding a name when only a initial is a bit different from totally ignoring the name on the stone.

We are Find A Grave volunteers as it was originally intended - the recording of cemrteries. We walk the cemetery and enter data as it appears on the stone. In this case, the information is correct and there is a photo of the stone. Now, you request I change the name completely. No, I do not think I am doing a disservice by leaving the memorial as the family had her gravestone engraved and probably the name she was best none.

I have spent hours on the DeLoziers today. I have been hampered as I wasn't able to get my e-mail on my new device until a few minutes ago. If you are in the Blount or surrounding counties you are aware of the weather we are dealing with.

I will get Find A Grave to advise me re this situation and will, of course, abide by their direction. I have worked hard trying - and have - processed your MUKTIPLE REQUESTS usually within a few hrs on same day as your request. However, I have seen too many public messages disengaged and e-mails removed from bios due to relative newcomers who build their "family trees" in what was to be Cemetety registration and can and do get ugly if they don't get their way. I see you are disabled, so is my just turned 80 year old husband, who LOVES walking the Sevier County Cemeteries on the side of a mountain. All that to say, this is a serious effort for us. I no longer stand still for bullying - and learning to reply in kind.

RE: Rufus Emory Metts
You are quite welcome. The only problem going there is that it is quite secluded and I have to have someone go with me. I have emailed the lady about the monument pics 2 times. Still not removed. Oh well,we tried. Have a blessed day,Wimsang
P.S. If you ever need another pic in that area, let me know.

You didn't mention if you were a relative of Ken DeLozier. Do you have any bio information to add for him, or would you like me to transfer his memorial to you?

Rufus Metts
I plan on going to Thompson's Cemetery within the next week or two to take pictures. I see you have a photo request for Rufus Metts 44644482. I would be more than happy to take the picture for you. You also say that the pictures that are on his memorial are invalid. Have you contacted the person who took them to tell her to delete them?
Would you please take care of this before I post the valid pictures for Mr. Metts? Thank you,Wimsang

Delozier in Blair County, PA

There were several other Delozier family plots in the Vicksburg Grace Brethren Cemetery in East Freedom, PA. This is the same cemetery where I took the photos for some of your requests.

RE: R A DeLozier
I found and added death cert. for Mary [Weaver] Delozier died 1935. Find A Grave Memorial# 9431366.
Note: R. A. Delozier was married to Maudie Honeycutt by Rev. George Delozier. Find A Grave Memorial # 70082790 says George was born in Eagan TN, the son of Robert Allen Delozier and Mary E. Weaver Delozier. Look at Mary Weaver Delozier death cert. , when she died in 1935 Robt. Delozier gives the address as 'Eagan'.

I'm sorry, but I didn't add his spouse's link, and I'm unable to change it...if you'll click her name, it'll take you to her memorial and the Find A Grave contributor who linked them as husband and wife. You can ask her to make the changes.
