I'm pretty sure we are related. My great grandmother was Virginia Sue McCleskey, a sister of Minnie's. I've just started dabbling with trying to put together a family tree and came across the grave stone picture you added of William McCleskey.

Your question about Liberty Hill Cemetery
Your best bet is the group Save Texas Cemeteries. Karen Thompson is an amazing individual and will return your call if you leave a message. Area law enforcement will even bring headstones to her that have been recovered after a theft so that she can try to trace them to their home.

Her info is on this page.

Good luck!

We are on our way to the cemetery right now to try and find your family member's marker.

RE: David M. White in Saint Johns
You're welcome, Some of my cousins and me are planning to do a clean up on the cemetery when time permits. I did some repairs on the fence after the tornados that blew some limbs down over it. I will continue to add picture of relative and historic information as I get it.
Thanks, Charles

So far as I know I am not related to David M. White. I am related to the Bridges and Buffaloes at Saint Johns. I do have some Whites on my mothers side of the family but they are from Giles and Lincoln co Tennessee.

RE: I found the records
I am so glad You Found THEM!!! Do you know what section they are in? You can definitely put them on Roselawn. I am glad to know who is in the empty spaces. I have walked that cemetery so many times. You must let me know where they are so I can add the plot to Icy B's memorial. Good job Wayne.

RE: William H. Parker
you are very welcome but don't expect Roselawn to have a record, Findagrave has the most complete record because Faye, Carolyn and myself made it that way. If they do have a record and no headstone, make sure you enter their names to findagrave please.

Icy B. Parker
Wayne, I went back to find her and I have some records from Brown Service Funeral Home Death Index and that is where I got the information. I will add that to the memorial.

We will try this again, I hit the enter button and it sent the post.

If she is on Roselawn in that time period and has no photo, then she does not have one on the cemetery. Faye and I have photographed all of the headstones. I must have found her in the Death Index and posted her memorial. Sorry
