Brazeau Family

Apologies, this family is not managed by yourself. My mistake. I think I need more tea. :)

Hi Jeff,

I'd like your permission to use your photos in my Ancestry family tree.

In researching this family I've located death certificates for some of the members. I'll be adding their memorials, linking them and giving you more information to add to those under your care.

Thanks so much,

Southport Cemetery Ladies
RE: USG Knowles
I lived on the island of Southport near Boothbay Harbor. There is a Boothbay Historical Society. You might inquire there. We looked, but did not see any other Knowles graves in the cemetery.

I can transfer this one to you if you like. I am related to Nickersons, but not sure how she and her husband tie into my line yet. Do know they are not direct.

Are Emily and William relatives of yours? I went to the cemetery looking for one stone, and it was so small I took pics of all the stones. I then filled in the rest needed on this site.

Good Afternoon, Jeff ,,,

I came across a picture on ancestry of Elzear and Mary Jane that you posted on their profiles here. Do you know who the other 2 couples are with them?? Would they be Charles L. and Francis A. Brazeau/Brace his brothers??

I think I also might have come across the parents of Apolline Choiniere to be "Ignace Choiniere and Marguerite Hebert". Any thoughts?

RE: Brazeau stonemarker
OK, question then ,,, why the name change from BRACE to Brazeau/Brozeau? In 1871 in Quebec they spelled it BRACE :)

Veteran Guy
RE: Andrew Jackson Harriman
Hi, posted the bad photo I did have, for lack of better, being winter and all. A. J. was a key witness in a book I researched In Search of Melissa Thayer. He and his wife lived in Bucksmills, and the Murderer Captain Edward Smith was a brother-in-law to Elizabeth and was staying in their house when he on the night of October 13,1876 went up the road and murdered the Trim Family, including mother, daughter and grandfather. A.J. was the second husband to Elizabeth. If at work, I'm sure I could find a death certificate. He does show in the 1910 Census as living in Bucksport, before his death in 1912 on Maine.Genealogy net.

RE: Problem with picture
Hi Jeffrey,

I can't send to you but I can give you the # and name on Find A Grave. I can't copy it at all. The name is Martin KILLALEA, in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Lowell. The memorial is #71327557.

Problem with picture
Hi Jeffrey,

I am having a problem trying to save headstone picture for Martin & Mary KILLALEA # 71327557 in St. Patrick's cemetery. It is loaded as a .png. When I try to save as a .png or .bmap, it does not save as a picture and I cannot open it to put on their pages in my database. Is there a way to put picture up for them as a .jpg? I've never had problems with your help before. I really appreciate you go to the cemeteries and taking pictures for me since I don't live in MA. Thanks so much.

Barton Family
Hi Jeffrey,

Wow, I had no idea that almost the whole family would be listed on one stone. That's fantastic. Thanks so much for taking these pictures and Thank-you for volunteering on Find A Grave.

From the main gate, that's chained shut, go straight back and to the left; the graves are back up on a hill.

You're welcome! Yes, it's very bumpy walking and not well kept anymore. I couldn't find any of the other graves I was looking for.
