Kim N. Burton
Newtons in Ohio
Hello Don,
I am sorry that you are in hospice care.
My name is Kim Newton Burton and I live in Utah.
My Newton lineage: myself, James Harlan Newton III, James Harlan Newton II, James Harlan Newton, William B. Newton and Nathan Newton (Jr.).
It is Nathan that I am trying to verify with sources.

According to your Memorial he was born in Andover Maine. Is this actually on the headstone? I have some conflicting information that he was born in Vermont and would like to get that clarified.

Are there any other Newtons in your area. My grandfather, as a youth, moved to Utah with his mother Lucy Achsah Newton from Council Bluffs Iowa. I would like to plan a trip to Iowa and Ohio to see my ancestors origins there.

Charles Hillen
Hello Don
Im so sorry to hear that youre in hospice. I hope to hear back from you when you are able. I am leaving a message about Charles Walter Hillen. Someone submitted a photo of him and can tell there is another person in the photo. I was wondering if I could get a copy of the photo as I believe it may be his wife. I am descendant of Charles Walter through my Grandfather Charles Hillen. This would be my Grandfathers grandfather.
Thank you
Bobbie Olson

Don, over the years our paths have crossed on Find A Grave. We are also related to the Newtons. In your research, have you come across Rex Taylor and Loretta Taylor? I have a great picture I want to post of them and remember them from my research but now can't remember where they fit in.

Good day, I wanted to let you know there already is a page for Ohio Hi Patton 66157658. That was opened on Feb 26, 2011. Please contact that person so you may add your info to their page. Then you can delete yours. It is always best to check to see if there is a memorial already in existence first.
Thank in advance, Sherri
