Ralph Kuhr
About half way down Ralph Herman Kuhr's obituary, it says, "Ralph Kuhr was born February 7, 1981" The year should be 1921. I'm sure it was just a typo.

Plugge Heuerman
Hi Sue, just doing my family tree and I see Rose K Plugge married Julius G Siercks, he was my Gpa Siercks' brother. Happened to see Plugge and Heuerman on your profile. Rose's mom was a Heuerman.

RE: wief.....John Kroeger Info
Hello Sue... ya I think Jahnel family should get their money back or at least get the misspelling fixed at no charge. Regarding John Kroeger I know his birthday is correct on headstone (Jan 17, 1895) my Grandma Anne knew that for sure cause John's Dad Peter had the same birthday (Jan 17) and John himself filled out Jan 17, 1895 as his birthday on his WW1 draft card and his birth place as Nebraska. John's death date on headstone (Jan 23,1953) is also correct my Grandma Anne confirmed it was definitely Jan of 1953 she remembers cause she was pregnant with my Dad he was born that June and then Grandpa Bob's brother Russell died Jul. 23,1953 exactly 6 months after his father John died. Other info inscribed on headstone is: Nebraska
Wagoner MD
World War I

Hope this is helpful - Rene Kroeger

#9675122 Bertha Munster Jahnel
I was at the German Cemetery taking pictures of Kroeger, Mordhorst, Mueller. I saw Frank & Bertha Jahnel's very nice headstone took a pic, that is when I noticed the misspelling of the word WIFE in Bertha's inscription....they have WIEF ?? oops!

Frank H Wulf
Calvary Cemetery
Douglas County
Nebraska, USA

I don't see a memorial here for his wife, Nellie Wulf, but if you are able to find her along with Frank, I'd love to have a photo for both of them. Thank you,

Frank Wulf Memorial# 111410927

I see you've created a memorial for Frank Wulf (Memorial# 111410927). Would it be possible for you to get a photo of his headstone, and possibly his wifes too(Nellie or Helen Wulf)?

Frank was my grandfather's brother.

Thank you,

Heartfelt thanks for transferring Catherine's memorial to me! I'm going to see if I can get our historical society to begin to add the older newspaper obits to the Find A Grave site ... those records can really help others who are researching their family history.

In the meantime, keep up the wonderful work you have done! It's quite an accomplishment and I know exact;y what you mean!! : ) Again, heartfelt thanks for the transfer!

Best Wishes Always,

RE: military burials

Thank you so much for the offer to help us get the word out about our project. My email is Many who served have no indication on their grave site. For those we depend a lot on word of mouth so we can honor them with a flag.
If anyone is interested in helping with the project, we welcome anyone to join us on Wed 9a-8p, Thur 9a - 8p or Fri morning before Memorial Day (May 21,22,23) to help place the flags. Any time is appreciated. We have many that come for a short time to help. Then on Sunday late afternoon after Memorial Day we gather the flags to be sorted and stored for reuse next year. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.
Let me know if you need more details or have a name to add.

Richard Paulsen
Thanks for the wonderful obituary for Richard Paulsen. I typed half of it before my granddaughter asked me why I don't just copy and paste it. I never have used that feature before on this website but it was so easy and from now on I won't have to use so much of my typing skills. Kids are so great to have around when technology is facing us old folks.
