I upgraded the photo I took about a week ago or so. I was at the cemetery and the light was better.

Glad I could help you and thank you for the nice compliment. Even though he isn't a relative I try to link people when I send an obit and check census records because I like to have families together.

Glad you liked them. My father-in-law was also with us the day we took the gravestone photos. (He grew up in the Wayland area). He remembered Lena (Schlatter) Gengerich and her husband Simon. Simon was the one that baptized him. He told us when the girls were baptized, Lena would give them a kiss, and Simon kissed the boys baptized. That was about 1943 when my husband's dad turned 12 years.

As always, I greatly appreciate your effusive compliments. Thanks!
It was nice to have a reason to walk around in The Willows. It is the newest development in Dry Creek Cemetery, and it is going to be very beautiful indeed. They are planting some lovely trees in there.

Thanks so much for the photo of Wayne Kean. It is a pretty place, isn't it. I see that you also claimed Sarah's and Emmett's. You know I don't even know if they have gravestones. If not, could it be possible to also photo the place that they are. Thanks so much for being a caring person and thanks for being you.
