I am conducting some research on the Patterson names buried in Broome and Tioga Counties, NY. I am attempting to link all the Pattersons related to Amos Patterson [1748-1817] who was one of the original settlers in Broome and Tioga Counties circa 1791. I listed Thoeodore Patterson [in Hope Cemeter, Newark Valley, Tioga, NY]; Isabelle Pauline Morris Patterson and this Robert Henry Patterson. I assume they were from Pennsylvania and not Massachusetts. Do you have any more information on their distant ancestors? My email is Thanks in advance for your help.

Helen Rose Morris Pangburn
Hi Anthony:

In my ever ending quest of linking family members, I was researching Arthur Benjamin Pangburn (his mothers maiden name was Benjamin) - I found he had married a Helen, but did not know any other information. I saw your note about her first husband ie.Benjamin - could this be the same? He was in the military, and all I have is a Helen Pangburn signing for his burial plaque in 1959 with the military. Any other information would be appreciated.

Thanks - Miki Pangburn #47740730

I honestly dont know where these stones would be located. It would make sense to be buried with nearby family members however that is not always the case. I wish I had more of a better answer fo you... Thanks for everything you are doing!!
