Seymour Puryear
Got a chuckle at your flowers and comment about Seymour Puryear being a glutton for punishment. He married my ggg grandmother and gave up after her! It had been passed down through the family that she married a Puryear and moved to North Carolina. Just found them resting away in the cemetery last night!

It's just me...
Pearson family members
Hi, I saw that Samuel C. "Dink" Pearson was your uncle. I am hoping that you can give me some information on an uncle of Dink's. Isaac Pearson, Dink's father, had a brother by the name of Leonard H. Pearson. He married Lucinda Angeline Wilks in 1869 in Travis County and they had a son by the name of Samuel L. Pearson. I am hoping that you can tell me what happened to Leonard H. Pearson. The marriage record is the last record that can be found for him, he just seems to totally drop off entirely by 1871 as his wife Lucinda remarried to an Alfred Varner by March 3, 1871. Do you know what happened to him, his date of death and/or possibly where he is buried? Any information would greatly be appreciated!! All family trees on seem to have the same problem, no one has any info on him or his death. Thank you, L. Varner

Charles Leroy "Charly" Smith, I
Charly is my daughter-in-law's GG-grandfather and I am doing some family research for them & my grandkids (probably distant cousins of yours). She is thru their daughter Ethel Bert Smith & Albert Jackson. We have been looking for the Smith & Gallaspie families for awhile. Do you have any more info on them that you could share? We also need info on the Jackson side, they went off to Tenn. Thank you for the pictures and bio info that you have posted.

Comment on Hildegarde Von Harry Memorial
I noticed you also left a comment on Hildegard's Find A Grave Memorial# 54667916:

"You were a hard one to find, and came from a most interesting family - Rest in Peace, Lady - A Cousin
- Grady Leroy Puryear
Added: Jul. 6, 2016"

You don't happen to know anything about Stanley Chriss, do you? Because I'm thinking that if you are related as a cousin to Hildegarde AND to her step-father, Henry, that Stanley is the link. ???

Flower on Memorial for Henry P Chriss
Hello -- I noticed the flower & message you left on Henry's Find A Grave Memorial# 54662157 :

"You were a hard one to find, wish I had had a chance to talk to you about your family, most interesting - A Cousin
- Grady Leroy Puryear
Added: Jul. 6, 2016"

Are you a cousin from the McDonald line?

Your memorial 61509622 dated 11/12/2010 is a duplicate of 60039080 dated 10/13/2010. Might consider deleting yours.
Thanks, Henry

Is this a picture of Noah H Rose that you have on Find A Grave? Several people documenting Menard, Texas have been scrambling for a picture. Please let me know.

RE: John Phillip Smith
Hello, I saw your postings and was so excited to hear from you. I am leading a church program this week and as soon as I find my brain again, I will take a look at this. I'm feeding and teaching 12 school aged children while the schools are out on break. Today is the last day for the break as well as the year. I just didn't want you to think I had not gotten this. And I will email you from your personal email address. Thank you!
