Culton Family - Oakwood Cemetery Geneseo Illinois
I was wondering if I may use the photo you posted for Freelove Culton #81929815? It also is the stone for her husband and daughter. Her husband is the brother of my great3-grandmother and I would like to put it on my tree for the family.

Thank you!

RE: Florence Foster
Thank you, I'll add her obit by using the edit on her memorial then you can copy paste as you see fit.

Thank you for your photo work in this cemetery, very interesting little place. I have photographed a lot in Edford cemetery (Henry county) and really like these country treasures...

Yesterday I found my 3x great grandfather at Grandview - S.C. Allen. (we thought he was still in Virginia!) next to Florence Foster who is his daughter, my 3x great aunt! Nice surprise.

There probably are members related closer to Florence than I am (she did have surviving children) so you don't have to transfer...I appreciate the offer.

Thank you and happy hunting! kathy

Charles Marquardt FAG 59588872
Hi Emily,
You have the wrong Charles Marquardt referenced for your family. This Charles, buried in Riverside Cemetery, is the son of August Carl Siegfried Marquardt and Amelia Bartel. This family can be found in the 1900 MN census. Charles was married in 1931 to Marie Lydia Krueger.
It looks like your Charles is the one in the 1920 census, Martinsburg, MN, age 5, born in MN, parents Charles born 1862 in WI, married to Myrtle age 41 born MN. Charles Jr is in the 1940 census, age 25, Hector MN, married to Katherine age 20.
Hope this helps! Thank you, Vicki

Acacia Cemetery Photo Request
Wilhelm Peters Find A Grave Memorial# 55864257
Karl Nicholas Spooner
Find A Grave Memorial# 54554255

If you call Acacia Park Cemetery and Mausoleum at 773-625-7838 and:
1. Ask if your photo request person has a headstone / grave marker.
2. If there is a headstone / grave marker ask for the section, block, lot and grave number.
3. If you send that information to me, Susan (#48964989) I will go there and fulfill your photo request. Of course any other Find A Grave volunteer can also fulfill your request if you then add the headstone location information to your photo request page.
Good Luck.

RE: Lawrence Miller
Hi Emily,

I dont know Fritz Miller. I do se where Lawrence Miller married
Amber Junkin. Thats about all I know about the Junkin family.
If you have Fritz email, I would atleast send him a message and give him any information he might want.

I found the find a grave website over a year ago and seen for my grandfather, Howard Neal that his birth date was unknown, so I updated that and I decided to continue searching for more of the Neal genealogy.

I only remember Two Neal reunions, but I think I was 5 yrs old, so really dont remember all the family that was there.
It does sem alot of the Neals came from the Marion area.

Thanks again for your replys

Response to your message
Hi Emily,

I am a relation, im Gary Neal, my grandfather was Howard Neal. One of Howards sisters was Kizzie and she married John J. Miller. They had sons: Lawrence, Paul, Clarence.
Ive been doing the Neal genealogy for about a year. I go to the library and also use family
Whats surprised me was how many siblings my grandfather had, Through my dad, Charles Neal, I would hear them talk about some of the family members, but didnt know there were 10 siblings.
I do have a question for you....I have found possible daughters of Kizzie and John, there names were Arlene and Donna?
I just havent found enough information to be sure they were children.

Are you a relation of the Millers?
Thank you for sending a message, my parents are both deceased and doing this genealogy, I wished they were here to ask questions about the family..

Rose Rogers
Greetings. Thank you for changes to Rose. Yes I'm related. I'm not sure what it means to turn over to me. I use find a grave to be very valuable in finding details often missing from other resources when searching ancestry. I have a slew of relatives for which I would like to make updates on find a grave. I think these updates and corrections will be helpful for future seekers.

Thank you for your help. Let me know how I can help you. Best,

RE: Michael M. Fries
Hello; thank you for your kind offer, for adding the obituary and for the credit.

I am not related to the Fries family, that I know of; but thank you.

I tried then and again today to find something on the other names on that marker, but could not. I will try some more names soon.

Thanks for all you do.

The office at Mt. Moriah Cemetery can't find a record for Myrtle. Was she perhaps known by a different last name? There is another Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City, did you ask if she is there?
Let me know what you find at the other cemetery, maybe my Mt. Moriah overlooked her.

Eunice & Alanson Reynolds
Hi Emily. Thank you for your suggestion on adding a memorial for Eunice Reynolds in the New Windsor Illinois Cemetery. I had added one for her back in 2013 when I added her husband. Although I did not have them linked so perhaps you missed it.

Glad I was able to help you.

The Shrecks
Hi Emily,

Yes, the Shreck family members are related to my husband's mother, which is why we have some photos of them which have been passed down to us. If you want to transfer any of them to me, I am always more than happy to maintain any of those memorials. Please feel free to do that!

Thanks, and have a great Thanksgiving!

My wife moved back to KCK several months after Edward Martz died. She was still in school and didn't realize Alice Timmer had married. So, the pics you had were all new to her.

My wife's uncle was Edward Martz. He married Mildred Timmer. You have pictures of her and her family we have never seen.
Are you related to her family in any way?
