|Terry Thornton||Sarah Stalker|
Got your message with certain reluctance to update for Sarah Stalker. Agreed, by far us genealogists are seeking the most accurate data.
I've been researching Sarah (maiden name) Stalker for almost 40 years with little luck until now. She was born about 1847, divorced about 1875. Never could find what happened to her after that. The memorial for a Sarah Stalker showed she was interred in 1880 at age 33. Absent any other info, this seemed logical, born about 1847, and could have retaken her maiden name after the divorce.
I rechecked the findagrave site for Philip Stalker who died in 1914, someone added an obit saying he was survived by a daughter Sara Woodward in Syracuse. Then found an obit for Sarah Woodward in the Binghamton paper, indicating she died Jan 14, 1916 in Syracuse, survived by her husband, and two sons, Elmer and Clarence Thornton of Binghamton. This confirmed the Sarah Stalker I was looking for. 1910 census confirmed Sarah Woodward was married twice.

You're welcome. Not a lot of stones in that area - many depression-era burials.

It's suppose to be in the 50s later this week in Wisconsin, so I'll take my husband with me to take another look at the cemetery for Adella. I can actually see the cemetery from my house. I'll let you know after my second round of looking.

|Mary Arvidson||St Joseph Cemetery-Landon gravesites|
Hi Roslyn-I checked today for a headstone for May Landon and unfortunately she does not have a headstone. I know this for sure because her son, Curtis is buried next to her and he does have a headstone. I posted the picture to his memorial page. Next to Curtis is 'Mother and Grandmother' Gladys Landon (1899-1996) and next to Gladys there is a matching headstone (same type and etching) for 'Mother and Grandmother' Betty Rae Quigley (1921-2005). If you want, you can leave the photo request open for May and in the spring when the grass doesn't look so ugly I'll get a picture of the gravesite. If you make memorial pages for Gladys and Betty Rae let me know. I did take pictures of their headstones and I'll post them too...Mary

No problem! Please verify that I got the changes correct. I have found many that are listed in Hope Cemetery, but are actually in the Annex, so I wasn't sure how to get it figured out. Thanks!

I don't think we are related. You do so much for my Landon's and I wanted to give you a gift. Thanks or all you have done.

Please find out as much info as you can about the location of the stone. I was there today 12/23/2016 and it was tough to find stones. There wasn't an office or anyone on the property and for some reason all of the street/lot signs were painted over in black. I will try again another time.

I added a photo to Kenneth G. Paschall's memorial. I added memorials for Helen Paschall and Mae Paschal (not sure if related given the different spelling, but Mae's gravestone was right above the three Paschalls).

Sharing a rather large monument with the Hillhouses at Fairmount in Denver are many Eaton family members. I'm not sure if this request was for geneaology purposes, or if you already are aware of Eaton's, but let me know if you need any additional info on whibshares a monument with the Hillhouses. The ones at the ends under the bushes are rather difficult to access, but there are many names on the monument in between.

I have been trying to get them done in chunks but have to rely on the office to get me ALL the locations which can take some time. If you can get the location, I'll get it.

You are very welcome. The two I found were covered with about 2 inches of dirt. I checked all around the area and could not find any more markers. Take care. Bill

|Bill||Landon photo requests|
Hi. I would be happy to look for the headstones you are requesting but I am quite sure that they do not have markers of any kind. The reason I say this is because I have photographed the whole cemetery, but may have missed a few. If you would like their memorials transferred to you let me know. Have a good day. Bill

Info in his bio says he became ill while concluding his visit in florida but doesn't say he died there. Please provide documentation which says he died in florida and I will change it thanks

|SLW||RE: Guy Landon - Queens Park|
I walked the entire "I" section yesterday and I did not locate a marker for Guy Landon. Queens Park just reseeded Section "I" this year, so it was easier than usual to locate markers / headstones.
I found an index on the internet, Alberta Genealogy Research Calgary 1939-2001 that indicated Guy Landon was from Hussar age 68 born about 1886 died 1954. The above website is charging $15.00 per item which I deem a lot of money for a copy of an obituary. Thought this might be of interest to you.
