Union or Confederate?
Regarding Corp John B. Miller mem #357995017 in Miller Cem, Manistee Co MI, are you sure he served in the 2nd Missouri Light Artillery? That regiment was on the Confedeate side. Records show a John Miller that enlisted in the 2nd Michigan Light Artillery, Battery C in Grand Rapids at the age of 18.

Louis (Louise) Lloyd # 58682628
I read your instructions after sending the edits for Louis. Louis is actually Louise. She married Herbert S. Lloyd on 9-5-1950 in Rapid City, Kalkaska, MI. Her last name was Bennett at the time. I am not sure if Bennett was her maiden name yet, or not. Given their ages at the time, she may have been wed previously. I am related to Herbert Lloyd. My member # is 47353336. Have a good day.
Thank you,

Della Satre Kumpula 54323823
I see Della's memorial has been transferred to you, which makes me wonder if you are related to the Satre family. My relationship is really thin, but I've posted a photo sent to me and am wondering if you can identify which daughter is which in this family. Thanks for any help! - Connie

Karla (Lidtke) Hilliard
Questioning birthdates for Sarah and Edgar Hilliard
I received an email questioning the birthdates on Edgar B. Hilliard and Sarah Jane Hilliard Sturgeion. if you would look at the photo of the headstone of Edgar my date is correct.

Also if you would look at the headstone of Sarah Jane Hilliard Sturgeon you would notice that the date on the headstone is 1895 (not the 1878 written on the find a grave Biography). You need to contact this person to correct Sarah's biography.

Thank you!

Carl A. Silfven
Hello, dfilpus--

I just added a headstone photograph for Carl Silfven, and I'll be adding one for Anna in the next few days, as soon as I get it cropped.

Are you any relative of these two? My great-great-grandfather was a friend of Mr. Silfven through their temperance organization in Hancock and a customer of his photography studio.
