Gerald Phillips
weller lineage
Hi, I noticed while reading about my lineage that you have no information past my mother, Jeanne Gertrude Weller Phillips.

Or maybe that should be 'nearer'.

Anyway, if you wish to continue the lineage I can give the information for her siblings.

The reason for my interest is that I have always been told Great Grandmother was Iroquois.

It's all just very interesting.

And, by the way, your work is very informative.

I updated Maxwell's info. You can add a photo for William.

RE: Harry Dougherty 1889-1920

I took this photo in Aug 2014 while touring a number of cemeteries in Grenville Co. I have never visited St Andrew's.

My copy of the burials for St Matthew's (aka Patterson's Corners) shows the Dougherty's - Harry, Madaline, Laura and Grace in plot 57; William & Eliza in plot 58.

Cute! You had me going for a minute. I love a good sense of humor.

Did you mean Mabel rather than Helen?
If so, there is a caption on Mabel's photo that says it is Hugh McCormick with her.

You would have needed a scraper for that growth. I bring clippers and a brush for the grass only. Might add a water bottle to my kit to was away the bird poop.

How could someone get a first name wrong like that?

My family's head stone has gone from White to Wyght (which my father changed) to White again (after my father died).

I corrected the name, thanks. I didn't bother to clear the stone, so I didn't see the "x". Looks like it was some kind of lichen. I removed my photo.
