RE: Sr Marie Canisius SBS (Conlin)
Sorry, I looked everywhere I could think of, but I can't find her obit. I did find her mentioned in an article about your family. I attached it to your grandfather Leo's memorial. I'll remove it if you want.

I have seen other families who received detailed info from SBS archives. Here is a website you can try.

RE: Alce Marion Barry
Dear Claire, The location you listed is for the Marion family not the Barry family. Did you mean to list a different location? I don't know who Alice's husband is, but he cannot be any of the Barry's listed. Please call the office to verify location, and I will recheck it for you.
Take care, Grace

Mama Salmon
Gertrude O'Donnell - St. Marys Cemetery Geneseo
Hi "Claire a",

I couldn't find Gertrude O'Donnell's stone when I searched yesterday. So today I went on Find-a-grave and see that she and her husband Francis Joseph O'Donnell as buried under the same headstone if you look at his listing in St. Mary's Cemetery on Find-a-grave. There is a picture of their headstone under his listing.

Best of luck,
Mama Salmon

RE: bridget o'neil
My apologies as I didn't notice the dates until after I hit "go". However, to answer your question, no, there was no other stone spcifically for Bid and the cemetery records indicate that she should be in that section. I searched the entire section and did not find a marker.

Sorry,
Jim

Hi Claire.
We visited this cemetery today but couldn't find your request. Most markers of the early days are too well weathered to read.We did take other phots of the cemetery and markers if that's of interest?
Let me know
Ian

Hi-
I checked around for your Stephan requests and think they are probably unmarked in the large family plot...did add 3 that were not on the list...If you just want a picture of the area I can add it but there wasn't a separate headstone...Carol

Stephan/Kibler
Claire,

I recently came across a number of your Kibler monuments and have a question about one of them. These are VERY distant relations for me, so I do not follow them closely, but wrt Jacob Kibler (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=80188948), I had that his was had a maiden name of Slater. My source for this was "The History of the Stephans", written by Estella M. Minderler in 1977. She also listed a different set of children for him (Catherine, Mary, Joseph, Lena, George, Albert). My guess is that the data on your monument is correct, but I am curious to know if you can shed any light on these differences. You can respond to me at the e-mail address listed in my Find-A-Grave profile: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=mr&MRid=46567348.

Thanks in advance for any response you care to make.

Fifi Malouf
I have transferred Fifi to you. Good luck in finding and linking the rest of the family. I was fascinated by Wadeaa's obituary and actually tried to locate some of the family myself. I actually located some of Wadeaa's siblings and her sons, I believe. Most likely I have the notes I made when I found them - if I can help, would be happy to share the information (but you may already have it).

Re: Photo request for Mary Wood at Mt Hope...
I have been researching this photo request but have been unable to find any records for her. There was no Mary Wood who died in 1863 listed in the Mt Hope Interment Records...and ones that died in other years, like 1864, are the nowhere near the right age (https://www.lib.rochester.edu/index.cfm?page=3310). In fact, if there were such a person, there should already be a memorial for her since almost all the deaths listed in the interment records up through 1892 have had memorials created by Daryl Verstreate.

I also can't find her in a survey of surviving legible markers (http://mcnygenealogy.com/cem/mh-intro.htm).

What evidence do you have for her burial at Mt Hope?

Joel

Re: Photo request for C. G. Marion at Mt Hope...
I have been researching this request. The memorial was created from an entry in the Mt Hope Interment Records (https://www.lib.rochester.edu/IN/RBSCP/Databases/IMAGES/MtHope/disc1/00000226.pdf) for a toddler who died at the age of 26 months. Unfortunately, the burial location given as "Vault" is a temporary holding facility (used especially in the winter months when the ground was too frozen to bury people), so that's a dead end. I tried looking for others with that family name at Mt Hope that are in this survey of surviving legible markers (http://mcnygenealogy.com/cem/mh-intro.htm) but there doesn't seem to be anyone with that last name (only first). I also tried a couple alternate spellings, but I probably missed some possibilities.

What is your interest in this person?

Joel

Hi there,
Just wondered if you still info on Catherine Haynes in the Constantia Rural Cemetery in Constantia NY?
I was there today and found a Catherine M. Haynes 1883-1971 Watson Funeral Home Inc., was on the marker, this was the only Catherine I found buried beside lots more Haynes Family.

Thank you

RE: O'neil
I don't have records, but I did look and found no indication of any gravesite for a husband. In fact, the name O'Neil isn't even on the plot. She is buried in the Kinney plot with her parents.

Ross graves in Treherne
Hi. There are a few other gravestones for the name Ross in that cemetery. I think some of them are related, since the middle name Harvey/Harvie appears on one of the other ones too. I added them to Find a grave a few days ago. I was wondering if you could add photo requests to them, and then I will add the pictures I took.
Thanks
