Mitchell Duley Maughon
I saw that you have Wiley and Sarah Maughon as your ancestors. They are mine as well. I am descended from their son, Sidney Prince Maughon, through Sidney's son, Cicero Mitchell Maughon. Cicero was the father of my maternal grandmother. What is your line? Do you happen to have any pictures (other than graves) of the Maughon family? There is supposed to be a picture of Cicero on a horse, but I have tried without success to have it scanned and sent to me. I had contacted a Buddy Maughon who has a Maughon family web site. He said he would send me a copy of the picture, but he hasn't and he hasn't responded to my last emails.

I am also a Georgia native and reside in North Fulton county.

On your memorial for Mitchell Maughon, you asked if anyone knows where he is buried. On, there is a member who has posted a picture of his grave marker on her public tree and it says that he is buried at "Union Springs" in Pike County AL.

RE: Transfer Request
No, sorry I do not.
Whenever you want to find out what anyone has in there 'Stash' just go to their bio page "Search Contributor's Records" and type in the name, or just the surname and hit search. This will give you all the memorials that person has put on with that surname.

RE: Transfer Request
Will do. Do you have any special area you are looking for and have not investigated yet? Have a few cemetery books here.

RE: Transfer Request
Me again. I have six more in my stash in the area. I was collecting them for someone, but have forgotten who it was. They only took the one's in there line.

Good Morning.
Glad to do it, but did make me sad because none of my photos were there except for Agna Wood. Back then I worked from photos I took while the little one's were in pre school and I was roaming around the Dacula area. So everyone put on in 06 & 07 by me should have a good photo with it.
Happy Researching, Bud.

RE: Elijah and Eliza NeSmith Picture
It is possible that I am related to the Basses in Thomas County, GA.... but I would really have to trace back to the early 1800's to know for sure.

Hi, Debbie

These are also my 3rd great grandparents as well. This makes us 4th cousins! The little boy in the photo is my great-grandfather, Emory NeSmith, son of Alice NeSmith Beall. How are you related?
