You are very welcome and you can definitely use the photo as you would like. I took pictures of all the Headstones in the Cemetery a few months ago and I will try to get them posted soon..

RE: Henson Headstones
Sure that would be fine-I would like to ask to be given credit for the photo. Thank you!

I don't have a problem with you using my photos for ancestory or anything else of your personal use. I read in the forum though that many people do have a problem, particularly with Ancestory. Their basic concern is that Ancestory is not a free site. You must pay them to see these photos. So, this being said, first off, you need to obtain permission from the submitter of the photo, according to copyright laws and findagrave rules. If given permission you should give credit to the submitter for the use of the photo. Even if they transfer the memorial of a loved one to you, that doesn't give you as the maintainence person the right to what is on the page. If fact, a lot of times, it is a different person who adds a photo. Go to the Help with Find A Grave, just to your left in the shaded box. It should explain better under "Can I add a photo that I found on a different website?" and
"Someone posted my copyrighted photos! How can I get them removed or get them properly credited?"
Hope this helps. Let me know of other questions and I'll do my best to help you.

I transferred Vera and her husband to you. I'm glad you asked, as when I looked at Vera's memorial, I had forgotten to add the tombstone photo. I also linked the two of them as husband and wife before transferring. I hope you are able to receive all your family as transfers, but if not a very convenient way to get them together is to put all your family into a virual cemetery. I started one for my family. I also started one for all my transfers since I have transferred hundreds of memorials to their loved ones. If you need step by step instructions, let me know. I did not know how to do it at first but now am so glad my Dad's family are all grouped together and my Mom's family too. Good luck to you on FindAGrave. You will get hooked on it. I will add you as a friend and check on you every now and then to see how things are going for you. Good luck!
