Adam & Lucy Fulk
Deanne, thank you for sending me the edit a couple weeks ago, to link Lucy Fulk to her first husband Adam.
I had no idea that there was a possible grave for Adam, until you sent me that edit. Saturday, I found Adam's gravestone and the nearly forgotten family plot that it's in. It wouldn't have happened without you.

I didn't create these, just took them over because Alexander is my 2nd Great Uncle.

Fixed it & updated some info for Villmer & Celesta, my 2nd Great Grandparents.

I have her parents as:
Henry Lajeunesse Young
Birth 1835 • Montréal, Quebec, Canada
Death 10 MAY 1895 • Lamartine, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, USA

Lanore Eleanore Guyette
Birth 7 JAN 1835 • Canada
Death 23 JAN 1917 • Taycheetah, Wisconsin, United States

Mary Swank - # 113927307
I think you are right on the date, so I changed it and readjusted the birth date. I got the information from an old transcription, which usually contain errors. I wish there was a system on findagrave where the creator of a memorial was notified when a photo was added to the memorial.

Thank you for notifying me.

Thanks, I am obsessed or addicted or both. Orin and Maria Thompson Hatch are my g-g-grandparents. George in my great-grandpa. Your grandfather has always intrigued me. Really don't know why. Really wish some days I could sit down at chat with all these folks.

Hi Deanne! Thanks so much for the transfer, our family is very happy. We're not sure why the headstone has an incorrect birth date for our Tony, but we're very pleased with the photo you provided. Thanks again,

RE: Memorial# 40076628

Thanks for catching the John Bernard Klaas vs. John William Klaas mix-up.

I'm pretty sure that in the olden days there were about 6 or 7 names they threw in a hat every time a baby was born. They would close their eyes, pull out 3, and, voilà, they had a name for the new baby--even if they'd picked the same ones for a few earlier children!!

Boys' hat at St. Joseph: John, Henry, William, Bernard, Theodore, Anton and Herman. Girls' hat: Anna, Mary, Theckla, Catherine, Elizabeth and Theresa.

And after the new baby was named, they had to throw those names right back in so they were ready to go for when the next kid arrived.

I do love my German heritage!

Until next time...
