Rosco Broadstreet
Rosco Broadstreet is my second cousin, twice removed. I appreciate your taking a photo of his stone. It's interesting that there are no birth and death dates, but rather his service dates. The fun part of doing this is that you never know what sorts of things you're likely to turn up. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for the picture. I think pictures add so much to the family tree. Would it be all right if I add the picture to my Ancestry tree? Again thank you so much for the pictures.

Ralph Massena
Ryan,

You have made an error in creating this cemetery for Ralph Massena in Johnson County. There is no Zollman Cemetery in the County. If you will look at his death certificate, it states that Zollman Cemetery is in Medora, Jackson County, not Johnson. Could you please remove this cemetery from Johnson County before it confuses anyone? Your prompt attention to this would be appreciated!

Thank You,

Mark

Carin L Baxley
Jewel Bales' headstone
Hello Ryan,

Thank you so much for searching for Jewel Bales' headstone.

When you wrote about the problem with finding his headstone, you mentioned a Joseph Bales being buried in the same block, 5A, as Jewel. Joseph is Jewel. His real name was Jewel Henry Bales but I guess he was referred to as Joseph. I never dreamed he'd be buried with his nickname.

If you ever find yourself back at Maple Hill Cemetery, I'd still like a picture of Jewel "Joseph" Bales' headstone.

I'm sorry for the mix up and the time you wasted searching for "Jewel." I do appreciate all that the volunteers do.

yes two Minnie's. And only 8 years apart. Clayton log only has Minnie May (Franklin) Berlin b.1887 d.1971 listed in their records. I think it is best to remove the one i posted and i will let the requester know too. Thank you for catching this.

RE: memorial 157069216
i do now see the dates do not match on the headstone vs the memorial. I looked up Minnie in the Clayton records and this one is the only one. Either the memorial or the headstone is incorrect. Do you have another photo for Minnie with matching dates? I can remove this one if it really is incorrect. Thanks.

Thank you for Rachel B Oursler grave photo
Got a corrected Birthyear, and since there is only one grave stone for both sisters that died young, it most likely would have been an accident or disease at about the same time. Answers and mysteries in the same clue. Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks much for George's grave photo. I notice it is a temporary marker. A permanent monument will probably be place in a few weeks or months. I will request a new photo later. Thanks again for your interest and photography.

RE: Glen Ruark
Yes, and I should also take the whole Family Plot series from 8th addition, Lot 62, grave 1 - 8 only five have been used so far. All 8 were purchased when Glen died by his Father-in-law Cecil Nichols.

Cecil Nichols 117256118
Kathleen Nichols (Oursler) 117256162
Betty Jo Nichols 117255885
Mary Jane Nichols 82902020

At some point I will see if I can pass down the duty to one of Cecil's Great Grand Kids.

Thank you for Lemuel H Ousler headstone photo
One of his Granddaughters is my mother-in-law who is 90. Putting together this Families History gives us lots to talk about. I love how you showed the stones behind the stone so it will be easier to find when we are looking in person.

Thank you so very much!
