Walter Allee from New York isn't a son of Charity Bybee, and David Allee..I have no records of the family ever being in New York.. May I ask where this info came from? Are ppl confusing him with their son William perhaps??? Happy Holidays

Barry Michie
Peter DeMoss Memorial
Dear Denise Rose:

Want to thank you, belatedly, for the substantial edits on the Peter DeMoss memorial in York Cemetery, Marion Co., Ia. It's well worthwhile to discover the stories that lie behind a cold stone with just a name and dates. I often think of the Thornton Wilder's classic play "Our Town", Act III when conversations begin between the dead in Grover's Corners cemetery.

Best, Barry Michie

Joshua Tree Memorial Park
Joshua Tree Memorial Park is in San Bernardino County. The new cemetery and interments you entered should be merged into that which already exists. Thank you wk

Denise,
They are definitely in Hickory Grove Cemetery. I don't know that I have been to Oakview? I remember this cemetery well because of the pyramids. I love going there because it's so unique. Let me know if I can help in any way.
Have a great day!
Kim

Edward J. Maloney
I got pictures of Edward J. and Mary B. Maloney's graves. They are not in Ishpeming Cemetery, they are next door in St. John's Catholic Cemetery. It is altogether a separate cemetery even though it is adjacent to Ishpeming. Let me know what you want to do.

John E. Maloney
Denise, I photographed a grave of John Maloney whose dates were 1873-1915. There was no E. as the middle name, that was his son. Need any more pictures taken in Holy Cross let me know. We still have maybe a month or two before the snow flies. Dean

RE: Patrick Maloney
If you could send me that picture of Patrick Maloney if you find it that would be fabulous! I can check it against the photo of the old miners in that book I told you about :)Still haven't found the proof that he came from Clare, but I am still digging. :)

BTW, I loved how you restored Patrick V Maloney's picture. I do have more photos, but my scanner died. Until I get a new one, my hands are sort of tied.

Thanks so much for all you have done!

That would be very nice. Thanks! Still looking for the holy grail, a picture of the patriarch, Patrick Maloney. You might want to download this book about the cleveland cliff mines. There is a photograph of the oldest miners. :) http://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?view=1up;size=100;id=mdp.39015071542164;page=root;seq=29;orient=0;num=10

Most likely I am the one you have in your friends list. I haven't tried to make any pages myself. Ed had one on here. With a break in classes I could try to add some information.
