Thanks for trying to find the headstone for her. I think there is just one stone for her and her husband Jack. I have seen a picture of it from before she passed away.

Merry Christmas!

Debi, there is no headstone for them, but I did take a photo of the plot for you. I checked with the cemetery and they confirmed.

Feinand GUNZENDORFER
Hi Debi,
There were not any more GUNZENDORFER'S in the cemetery. It is a small cemetery about 160 gravestones. t is like a little park. I took a picture of every one. It took me about 2 hrs. It was nice and sunny, but cold & windy.

I found him in the CA Death Records but the dates are different.

No, I'm sorry, I'm not related. About 99.9% of the photos I post on Find A Grave are just volunteer. None of my ancestors are not in this immediate area.

Your suggestion:
-------------------------
Birth - 20 Mar 1914, Iskaloosa, Iowa
Death - 13 Sep 1989, Fresno, California
Spouse - James Frederick Donleavey, Jr - Memorial #17986803

Do you mean Oskaloosa instead of Iskaloosa?

RE: McGraw
I'll keep you posted on the progress I make but this is probably going to take a couple of months. I am hoping to work on some more pictures tomorrow to see if I can make them more legible.

I was just told by a friend that the cemetery had been in really bad shape a couple of years ago with over grown grass and weeds and the boy scouts went in and cleaned it up and are going to try to maintain it.

I'd like to find out from the local genealogical society about restoring some of the stones before they are lost forever. I know they have done that in some of the other cemeteries.

Debi, I forgot to tell you, I am still working on pictures for that cemetery. Many stones are not legible and I am trying to pull the lettering out with photo editing but once the heat breaks I plan on going back with parchment paper and charcoal sticks to see if I can lift some of them that way.

You are very welcome!! Should you come this way again, pop me an email and I will be happy to show you the cemetery. The only way to get there now is at the end of a cul d sac and cutting through someone's yard. The map on here is not correct, it shows the cemetery on the opposite side of a creek. It took me a while to find it and actually a friend had told me how she got there a few years ago. :-)
