Bio

Genealogist for over 35 years. Will be contributing from different areas of the country.
I was born in Johnstown, Pa.

Although I don't have that many memorials here I do spend quite a bit of time sending people obituaries for their memorials. Many are not relatives of mine but obituaries that appear on the same page with them, these are contributed randomly and are to help others determine if they have indeed found a long lost relative.

I am also trying to get the Berkebile's connected on findagrave to their ancestors so that family members can find the graves. If you know of a grave where I have marked unknown cemetery please let me know so they can be marked in the correct cemetery.
Eventually I hope to do the same for the Von Lunen, Seese and Custer families.

I have published several family hisoties including Berkebile Families in America of which I am updating the 6th Edition which currently includes 35 volumes with quite a few more volumes to go.
My other families are Custer, Seese, Wentworth, Schmeisser, Von Lunen of which I have also written about.

I am new to the virtual cemetery idea which seem interesting and will no doubt grow with time allowing family members to find relative graves a bit easier I think.
