Find A Grave Memorial# 74683120
RE: Lambert Gerald Sewell, Sr. @ Westover Cem in Augusta, Richmond Co, GA.

Hello:

Would you please consider transferring this Memorial over to me. Lambert was my Great Uncle and I would like to maintain with pictures, updates, etc, with the rest of my Sewell/Moseley and related families.

Thank you for your kind consideration.

Charles & Rosa Michael
I noticed that you have a Michael in your family names. I am related to a Rosa Fluetsch b.2/14/1870 & d. 10/20/1950. She was married to a Charles H. Michael b. 10/2/1965 & d. 1/2/1936. I noticed on a 1940 census that Rose Michael, head of house, was living with Hubert, son, age 31; Emma Pfauatsch, sister, age 68, and Tony Sachse, nephew, age 48. All these names match my family history. That was the only info that I had on Hubert. I saw that you managed a memorial for Hubert Michael, Sr. and am trying to determine if they are the same people. Thank you so much for any info that you could give me on this family. I would be glad to give you any info that I have on the Fluetsch family.

US Veterans Affairs Office is not accessible. I will ask at the office at Decatur Cemetery if he and his wife are actually buried there next time I am there.

Your very welcome!
Sorry to get back to you so late! I wanted you to know that while I was there, I took a few more photos and I know one was directly related to Dennis as it was located right next to his. Check his relatives listings in there I know I added a picture or two and had forgotten to tell you! I have about 30 relatives buried there all are Costello and it appears they all must have come from Ireland to that area to settle as that whole area were Irish Catholic settlers as is the cemetery itself...beautiful quite little cemetery adjacent to farm fields and right on the same land as a neat little white church. If you need anymore pics there let me know, I would be glad to run back out there for you!

Brown Cemetery - Oconee Co., GA
Dear Mr. Donnelly

I am helping a Boy Scout and his Dad with his Eagle project and I have been taking him to Cemeteries in Oconee County. I have not been to the Brown Cemetery - but that is one that is on his list. I saw that you had posted pictures for Brown Cemetery - and I was wondering if you could please assist us in locating it. Thank you!! Nancy Bedell

Hi Burgess. This lady #101607013 was born an Elder and married John Franklin McRee first. He died in 1869, two years after they were married. I noticed you have her maiden name as McRee instead of Elder.

Transferred. I know you will take very good care of and it will be available for updates when the time comes. If there are any others that I have that you would like, please just ask. As long as they are not my family, I have no problem w/ transferring outside of guidelines for most people. I took over management of about 6000 memorials from Bud to care for and transfer to family when they searched for them. He wanted family to have, but knew his time was limited. He did so much for find a grave. Bud was a GREAT man w/ such a FANTASTIC attitude. Miss him a lot! I only hope I can be somewhat close to his attitude. Have a GOOD day!!

Ginny Dunaway Young
Mrs. R.J. Lowe
Hi Burgess,

I just sent a couple of historical newspaper articles that you might want to post on the memorial page for Mrs. R.J. Lowe (Caroline Cochran Lowe). These articles are summarized and full citation information is provided for both articles. They fall within the guidelines for the posting of obituaries on findagrave.com. It's my personal feeling that obituaries add so much to the memorial page. I was a librarian for 30 years and now happily have time for genealogy.
Thanks very much for the work you do with findagrave.
Kindest regards,
Ginny

Thanks for the information - Why don't you scan the documents that you have and add them to her page. I think others would love to see what you have on her.

RE: Minnie E. Johnson - Michael
Thanks for this information.

Do you have any thing relating to John Hugh Johnson (b. 24 July 1885? d. 8 February 1934) or brother William Johnson?

I am trying to verify that Sarah L. "Sallie" O'Kelly-Johnson was John Hugh's mother; she died about 29 April 1890.

Minnie E. Johnson - Michael
I am trying to discover / trace the siblings of Minnie E. Johnson - Michael (1889 - 1965)from Walton Co., Georgia. I believe she was the daughter of my great grandparents, William B. Johnson #82086612 & his 1st wife Sarah "Sallie" L. O'Kelley - Johnson #154706994. Do you have any information to verify my grandfather, John Hugh Johnson #62793048, as being her brother and his DOB? Also, any information on another brother, William?

Thank you,
Warren C. Johnson
