RE: Thank you
Thanks for your note. I was interested in Alexander Rice Esty as an architect, and I find it very rewarding to build the links that connect him (and all of us!).

RE: Source for Margaret Wisegarver Crissman burial
"Margaret buried St. John's Lutheran Cemetery near Cessna, PA. ...Signed 11-21-1862, Margaret's will was probated 12-27-1862, and contains a request that she be buried beside her husband at Horne's Meeting House; mentions her children "now living" but not by name: and names John W. Crissman as her executor. Witnesses were J.W. Lingenfelter and W.C. Wisegarver. Why the family ignored Margaret's burial request remains unknown."

George Fisher - Forest Hill Cemetery - Utica, NY
I found the gravestone of George Fisher (1787-1858), and his wife, Mary, in Plot 31 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Utica, NY.

In Google Books there is a reference to Mr Fisher having served with Lord Admiral Nelson. Do you have any further documentation of this?

It also appears that is Sone or Grandson was a Physician. Is there any further information you have on this family?

Best regards,

RE: Lakin Genealogy
Thank you so much for the Lakin invite!

Unfortunately at the time I am still not on facebook. I may be on eventually with a similar closed group, so hope to join you when that time comes.

Meanwhile, if there is any other way I might contribute, please let me know.

I have linked the parents as requested. Evan is in my family tree. I have mainly tracked his wife side of the family Richert/McGeorge.

Nancy Kidd
I have investigated again all day and found the death certificate of the son of Nancy Kidd nee Booth. I have posted that certificate on the memorial for her son, James Kidd. His death certificates lists father as James Kidd birth Ireland and his mother as Nancy Booth birth Ireland.
Thank you for your input and edit. Made me search harder.

Eliza Kidd
I saw the edit for Eliza Kidd to add her maiden name of Booth. However I do not have any verification of her maiden name, just from other family trees on Ancestry. Before I lead anyone down the path in genealogy, I prove my information. Can you show me any documentation that proves this? I will love to have it!
I see her name listed on a marriage record of a child in Mass, however her maiden name is not listed. I looked for her death record in Dunn county and it is not recorded. Dunn county suggested trying to find her obit & it may be listed.
Thank you!

Eliza Jane Kidd
I do have the marriage record for Eliza Jane Kidd that you sent me the message on. All of these discoveries are exciting! Do you fall in the tree?
Thanks for the update!

RE: Margaret Wisegarver Crisman
Thank you for getting back to me on her memorial. I have major issues with another member all the time also. Photo's I know I've posted somehow disappear. Not sure if she deleted the original memorial and added a new one to take mine off or what.
