Transfer Request
Hello,

I would like to request the transfer of my Grandparents and other family members to my care.

They all lived interesting lives at times enduring challenges I can only imagine. I would like to gather our family to help share their stories with the next generations.

They deserve to be remembered and I want to honor all who lived before me and care for them with respect.

The following are the names of my family;

John Edward Hamilton 60042041
Hattie J Hamilton 60042033
John G Hamilton 60054345
John Hamilton 60054947
Fred W Hamilton 60053997
Clarice Hamilton 60054028
John P Olson 60054060
John H Olson 60043005
Harriet Adele Olson 60054099

Thank you for your consideration,
Sherri (Storychaser)

You posted a picture from this cemetery, could you tell me how to find it myself? My two Scoggins ancestors are buried there and I live in Redding, CA.

"Edits" tab on home page
HI - I'm doing a quick survey of about 400 people on my friends list just to see how many are aware of the new "Edits" tab on their home page. If you could just shoot me back a brief response, either way that would be great. Thanks.

RE: Polmanteer and Oxendines
It would be nice to include the photo you suggested of the whole area. Are all the Slaughters listed already for the cemetery? Although they don't have gravestones, are there dates and names for the website? I have not looked at them yet. They were Edna Polmanteer's first family with first husband.

Polmanteer and Oxendines
Thank you so much for taking and uploading the photos. Looking at the Oxendines confirms the Cherokee heritage that our family talks about.

I hope you realize how much your generosity or time and effort means to us.

Thank you so much. It is comforting to know that such an exceptional, funny, quirky guy now has a permanent marker for his time on this planet. I will plan a visit when I am next on NoCal.
Thanks so much for your service to our veterans and others who have slipped thru the cracks.

Thank you so much! I could make out the Salt Lake City LDS Temple, but I couldn't figure out what the other inscriptions were. Let's hope that this information helps someone out there. Mj

I don't have any information on these Baugh's, but they probably do tie in someplace. The only Wm Baugh I know anything about, and that's darn little is Rosa's husband. All I know is that his name was Wm and he doesn't appear on any census or records after 1920 that I can find. I'll put the names up then after the photos appear we can enter the dates, does that work?

WHoever you are, thank you so much for bringing this home for me. He was a dear friend I lost touch with, and "googled" many times in the last decade, to no avail. Now I know why -- he passed away before Al Gore invented the Internet.

Had it not been for his brief military service, and the Missing in America/Find a Grave outreach, his whereabouts would have forever haunted me.

Thanks for everything.
