|TBrannen||RE: Joshua Hodges, Sr.|
You are very welcome Mr. Hodges. I wish I'd been able to find the marker you were looking for. It looks like the cemetery is being cleaned up, probably due to last October's hurricane. Maybe in the process more markers / slabs will be uncovered. I will surely check again the next time I stop by.

Hi Richard: Thanks so much for adding the picture on Jim's photo. His son J. D. looks so much like his Dad in that picture. Jim was such a sweet man that was a fixture in the town of Wagener. He will be greatly missed. Thanks again for posting the pic.
God bless and thanks for all you do for Find A Grave, Laurie

Hi, Henry Yarborough, Wm Burns Y's father, married three times but all his children were by his second wife, Esther Thomapson Yarborough (1796-1834). Nancy McConnell was the third wife, married after Esther died (and after Wm was born). Thanks, Judy

Finally figured out that the cemetery
and church are in separate locations!!
I was at McEntire 1972-92.
Cemetery notes and/or description:
2740 Old Camden Rd.
Winnsboro, SC 29180
located on Rosewood Lane a short distance off S.C. Hwy. 321, north of Winnsboro, S.C. The gravel road is across the highway from the St. John A.M.E. Zion Church.

Hi, I added the bio for Stevan that you sent to me. I am not related, but it is nice to add major accomplishments not mentioned in an obituary.

Thank you. You can keep the memorial, I don't know them. I just send edits to people when I find more info about a person from one of their relatives obituaries.

Thanx for your message about typos in the obit.
I usually cut 'n paste without checking actual spelling. But, I should have caught the obvious boo-boos.
Thanx for your service!

Thank you for adding the photo of the World War II Memorial to the FindaGrave memorials of several distant family members, including Stanley D. Arrowsmith. I was unaware of this new monument dedicated to those from Fairfield County who served in WWII.
It is FindaGrave members like yourself who make this resource so valuable to researchers.
Keep up the good work.

You have known Roy Brunhart a long time. You sound so positive and yes he was a charming Officer, loving Father, Relative, and now a friend as well. Thank you for the confirmation. He was my wife's brother. He was the oldest in the family of 3 brothers and one sister, Barbara Brunhart, my wife. I worked with him on several projects and we were helping the family to get over an early death of his father's, Andrew Brunhart at age 74. He was an Attorney and served the committee as an city of Milwaukee attorney. His mother, a German Language teacher at the University of Wisconsin was a gentle person and loved her family. Both have passed away and hopefully, rest in peace. Your kind words are very much appreciated and will be distributed to the four daughters and one step son.
Thank Richard Hodges!

Hello, I am entering a little information on a distant relation in the tree...I am trying to sort out the parents of Sarah. I have Thomas1846 And Nancy Elizabeth1845
I also have a hunch the Mobley spouses Dinay Mobley1843-1916 and her sister Isabelle Armenia "Izzie" Mobley #98808152
If you can clarify any of the above I would be grateful.

There is an error in your obituary on Nathaniel Hodges, where you state Rev. TAylor was married to Namcy Mahala Davis. He was married to Sarah Jane "Sallie" Cox and Nancy Mahala was his mother, who was married to George Nathan Taylor, who died in 1850, some 20 years prior to MAude's birth. Maude was listed as Mandy in the 1870 Mitchell Co, GA census.Later,

If you will call the office and ask for a location and send to me I will fill it. They will not give out the location to me as they know me and they say family only. My wife and I have walked the whole cemetery and I guess we overlooked him. It is a very large cemetery and all flat markers over 40,000 buried there. The number is 704 865 9521.
