John E Davis
John's Mother should be listed in his Bio as Sarah Jane (Deegan) Davis. Her memorial number is 81067081 if you'd like to link his memorial to hers. Thanks, Alan.

RE: John Corry info
Thanks for the other info... I will have to look into it. Perhaps, if you don't mind, you could help me with another mystery... I have been looking to find out where another of my ancestors is buried out there. His name was Newcomen Corry and he is John's brother. His wife is buried in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, but I haven't been able to locate his burial location. He was born ca. 1820 and died Nov 20, 1880 in Port Huron. His wife's name was Ellen Donehue Corry. His name is pretty weird so you would think that he would be easy to find.

Thanks again for the info!

RE: John Corry info
WOW!!! This is pretty cool information! Thanks so much for sending me this. This clears up a lot of information for me. William Corry was John's son, and I believe the Frances was William's wife, so this is likely where he would be buried. I will have to check and see who else was buried there now that I have a more specific location. This helps as ton! Thanks a million!!

Happy to help, Carole. I lived in Michigan (Ann Arbor & Grand Rapids) for nine years. My mom and step-dad lived in Ann Arbor from 1971-2005, and are buried there. My best friends still live in G-R. You're lucky to have known your great-uncle.

Cheers from the sunny Southland.

Your more than welcome. I had some photo request there and did some photo taking while there. If you'd like me to transfer them to you please let me know.

Photo requests

Right now, you probably know that the area is blanketed with snow. I'm not sure that this is the best time for out door photos. I will try to keep your request in mind but the spring may be a better time.
