David A Junken
He is my greatuncle. He was the son of William Junken & Mary Ann Black Born 7 Jul 1843, Wayne County & Died 16 Jun 1858, Wayne County. His father was a Blacksmith & had the Blacksmith business in Philomath, Wayne County. Two of his brothers are listed as Hugh Jenkins & William Jenkins, my greatgrandfather. Both served in Civil war. William was killed in action & Hugh died in Marion County. Grave sites have never been found, but I have their military headstones in Springersville Cemetery, Fayette County, Indiana. I have the Junken/Junken/Junkins Family History for anyone interested.

VETERAN LAID TO REST. William Schuyler Answers Final "Taps" From on High - Other Harvests of the Grim Reaper. William Schuyler, Company B, Forty-eighth Ohio Infantry died Friday, aged 67 years, eight months and eight days. Of his three children two survive him. He was married to Cordelia Brown of Clermont county, Ohio, March 14, 1868. She is left in her aged widowhood to mourn the loss of her aged companion. Her sorrow while deep, will be alleviated by the loving care of her children and twelve grand children.The funeral was conducted by the chaplain of the G. A. R. Post of Lebanon at Unity Chapel, Oregonia and the interment at the cemetery at Quaker church.He was followed by a large concourse of relatives and friends. As a soldier he did his duty at the call of his county. As a neighbor he was retiring and inoffensive. As a citizen he was respected by all who knew him best. Slowly perhaps, but not less certainly, the ranks of the boys of '62-'65 are being depleted. The feet that trod the wine-press in the bloody vintage of the Rebellion are growing feeble, the heads whiter, the eyes dimmer and soon the last tattoo shall sound for the last survivor of the greatest struggle fraught with the momentous results the world ever saw and it is to be hoped will never see again. Thx fo approving the edit for Elisha/Robert Fultons.
I see that you found Artelia Sophia's grave and are aware of her parents, Richard Evans Fulton & Mary Ann Fender. Any clue about where they are buried? My family records say they were buried in Taylorville Illinois Oak Hill Cemetery, but so far that's not showing up. I'm also missing the final resting place of their son, my g-grandfather Robert Cullen Fulton, although my family records say he was also buried at Oak Hill in Taylorville, Il.

Is there any way that you can check on her dates again - I show she died at ca 26 yrs. but in 1868 not 1888. Thanks?

|Kent Jackson||Doddridge Family Photo|
Thanks for your work on the Doddridge Chapel Cemetery and others.
I recently purchased a stereoview card photograph of David J. Doddridge, wife, and eight children. Hopefully you may know where some of the children are buried that aren't at Doddridge Chapel. I put individual photo parts on their memorials, but they are not great when enlarged. I can send you a scan to see if you'd like the original.

Jimmy (That's what we called you back in the '50's),
My daughter put me on to this website, and it seems that you are really into this. I remember when you and your mother and your sister Martha lived in south Minneapolis (Franklin Avenue as I remember). I'm really glad you are doing this and if I can do anything to help you, just let me know!

|Swanlin||Jeffrey L. Linder|
The parents of Jeffrey Linder, memorial #36656382, are listed as Richard and Hilma Linder, but he might actually be the son of David E. Linder, memorial #36656378. In fact, Jeffrey's name is among the children listed under David Linder.
Do you know anything about David E. Linder's wife, Hulda Harriet Dodd Linder? She does not have a memorial page and there's no photo of the grave marker to indicate whether she is buried there. She is my grand-aunt, my paternal grandfather's sister, and I would like to link her to her family members.

|Margaret Hall Diggs||William McMullin|
I sent you info through the edit button to link William McMullin to his parents James McMullan and his Wife Edith Kendall McMullin. I have done the research through the Greene Co. Historical Society in Virginia and they know he died in McMullan, Greene Co. VA and more than likely is buried on the family farm. linking William to his father and mother is the only link left for records to be complete for 6 generations. If you have any questions you can contact me through here or privately at firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you!
