While at the old Saint Joseph's cemetery, I found a few Bleser markers which were not listed. They now are. I do not know their connections.

Thank you so much. Mom and grandmother did a decently good job of puuting names on photos but then they mounted them in those big photo albums with the black pages that the glue holds on tightly when you try to take them off the page to check for a name.

Theodore Merten Alexander
Pleasant greetings
If your request is for Theodore Merten Alexander - senior is my 2nd cousin 1x removed on my father's side. His grandfather was Levi Jordan Fincher who was my 2nd great uncle. Levi's father was Silas Jordan Fincher who was my great, great grandfather thru my paternal grandmother Beulah Mable Fincher Young.
I would greatly appreciate any photos available of any branch of the family I can get. I am working on a photo genealogy trying to put faces with names. Most of them are grave stones but that's better than nothing.
Thanks - Robert

Hi Cuz Cher,
It is so good to hear from you! My ancestors from John Carson and Martha B. Abernethy come through Smith Gettys and Rachel Whisnant who were my gg grandparents. I know that Martha's father was Smith Abernethy. Have you ever visited the Rutherford and Cleveland County area of North Carolina? Thank you so much for your help! Have a great day.

Hi Cuz,
I am so excited. I have only been researching my genealogy for about 6 months, and you are my first long first cousin for me to try to contact. Our connection is through John Carson and Martha B. Gettys. I have hit a brick wall where Martha is concerned. Cheryl, I hope that you are doing well.
Merry Christmas,
Mary Ann

RE: Mildred Chaplick 166352874

I suggest that you either phone or write Willowbrook Cemetery to inquire if they are in the same plot. They should be willing to tell you as you are a relative. I couldn't tell if they were all in the same plot or not.

Good luck

Hi Cheryl,

In checking my entries for Willowbrook Cemetery I find that I have entered Frank & Isabel Taylor. Just do a search of Willowbrook Cemetery for them.

Cicero Hayes
Hi Cheryl,

I found Cicero Hayes on a list of interments for Averys Creek FW Baptist Church Cemetery. Fortunately, the list is in order of burial so I am sure a grave that is marked by a cinder block is for Cicero Hayes. It is between Lonnie Hayes and Ella Mae Brown.

There was a photo request for Cicero Hayes the other day but it is gone today. Even though there is nothing printed on the cinder block, would you like the photo uploaded since it does mark his grave?

What a nifty bio you have, Cheryl...I'm certainly glad to help add a slight widening of your family trail, and also want to thank you for encouraging words!

"I have others that are buried there as well, if you should go again."

Yes, early this morning I found one and claimed it. As long as they are in New Calvary. The Old Calvary is like one mile away.

RE: Herbert
That was a pleasure, Cheryl. By the way, these words in your biography struck me like a thunderbolt:

"The day I stop searching for my Ancestors will be the day someone starts searching for me."

That's me as well.
