Donna, are you related to this couple? I have her tree,
1-Bolton Thompson Armstrong
& Hazel Porter
2-John Culvin Porter
3-William Wallace Porter
& Elizabeth Bridges
4-Robert Wallace Porter 1804
& Rebecca Webb
Decendants hare hard to find as that down the line Calvin Violet Porter married twice with children with each. The children from the first tries not to regonize the second set of children ?? Go figure.
I do hope to hear from you.

There is a mistake, James Newton Sharon's parents were James Sutton Sharon and Julia Margaret Jane Barnhill. Can you please correct this, otherwise it looks as if he is the son of his mother and his brother. Thank you.

This stone is very difficult to read. Would you please check on the month of death, I found another Thomas C Sharpe born same day but died Dec 29, 1866. Both stones have son of R & C Sharpe. (Find A Grave Memorial# 40833654)

Donna - Is there a connection between my Scott County and Harrison County Hamilton's and the Hamilton's in Bracken County you've been researching. I'm hoping there is.

Thank you so much for the photo of the wonderful obituary which you placed on my site for Levi Marion Honaker, this adds so much to my page for him. My husband is a Mefford and is a descendant of the Honaker family.

You took two headstone photos at this Hinton Cemetery on Double Culvert Road. Were there then only two headstones in this cemetery? I need to know in order to decide if the cemetery is complete or needs more headstone photos.

|Mike Key||Hinton Cemetery B33 Needs Description|
Please consider inserting something like the following in the cemetery description: "This Hinton Cemetery is designated B33 in Gone, Forgotten, Now Remembered."
I'm making an effort to better organize all the Hinton cemeteries. Displaying each Hinton cemetery's Gone, Forgotten... designation should help. If it's OK with you, I'll be messaging you more of these Hinton changes.
Thanks, Donna, for all your help. It's much appreciated.

|Pam Carroll||Ernest Pernod|
I am the grandaughter of Ernest Pernod, he married my grandmother Sena Turner and had two children by him one Eugene Karl Jones, Robert Jones. The Jones name came into play when she remarried Hester Jones, he adopted my father and his brother. It has taken along time to fine someone who can tell me about him. I learned in SC his first name. It seems that my grandmother Sena wanted to keep this all a secret from the family. But, I am one that loves family and loves to get to the bottom of things. I teach school in Mississippi, My husband Steve Carroll, passed away in 1997, he was from North Carolina, we lived in SC. I moved back to Mississippi to be near my family. Please contact me, if you have any information about Ernest Pernod. I really want to know what the big secret was. Blessings 601-754-6710 or email@example.com.

|Lorie English||William English Family|
Hi Donna, It is great to see the information on this website about the English family. I have some links for you to Francis (aka Frank F or FF English). William, Sarah moved to Missouri and lived with Cornelius and his wife Susan. And Frank lived with Ann Brown (aka Nancy Anne Brown)for a while. He was a minister in several towns in Missouri/Kansas and ended up in Ft Scott, Kansas, with his son Frank F Jr. who was a train dispatcher - my husband's great grandfather. Frank F English's grave with his wife(s) Mary and Lena are also on this site. Have you had any luck tracing William's family? I believe they go back to South Carolina.
