Wilison Willis Adams
Doris,
My name is John Russell Adams and I am searching for the father of Wilson Willis Adams. My records say that his parents are Thomas Adams and Martha Ann Parrish. But I have come across records that state that Noah Adams and Martha Ann Parrish are his parents. Will the real father please stand up? Maybe the name is Noah Thomas Adams or Thomas Noah Adams. I am stuck. Do you have any information that would put me on the right track? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
J.R. Adams

Catherine Jane "Cynthia or Syntha" Dennis-Miller. Daughter of Joseph Dinnes (Dennis) & Mary Polly Brown of Roane Co, TN (near Ten Mile/Kingston, TN). Keep the name of Cynthia as that is how she was referred to in census records. Marriage & census = 1850-1868 in Roane Co, TN then moved to Missouri. Some siblings died in TN, some in MO. She had children in MO. She may have remarried after 1880 before 1910 to a man with last name of Freeman. = Neice Joyce Oct 2015 dragontailscomp@hotmail.com

KRISTI BROWN WEBBER
Moore Adoptee
Hi Doris,
I am just curious if you are aware of any Moore's (either male or female, born approximately in 1942 if male; 1944 if female (best guess) that may have been the parent of a daughter born in New York state, in July of 1965, and placed into adoption? The mother was 5'2, fair and blue eyed, farsighted in one eye and wore glasses to drive and watch movies. She had 2 years of college when became pregnant. Came from an educated family. Protestant, Scottish/German, and 21 in 1965. She was quoted as saying that, "Twins run in the family". The father had dark brown hair and blue eyes, and was tall. He was 23 in 1965. He was a salesman, who had 4 years of military service behind him, (branch undisclosed). Polish/English. (This is in effort to assist my cousin in finding her birth family, and medical info.) She was listed as "Baby Girl Moore", and while it is possible that this was an alias, we believe that was actually the surname of one of the birth parents. We both have many different matches in several of the companies DNA bases that are in the Wright County, MO area-- including quite a few Moores. Does any of this info ring any bells? I'd appreciate any help with this puzzle that anyone might be able to provide, very much. Thank you! Krissi

Lindsay-Chaney-Wood
Hi Doris,my name is Rose. My father was Lindsay and my mother was Chaney. They were married in 1938 in Missouri. My grandparents on my fathers side were Charles William Lindsay and Sarah Wood. On my Mothers side it was Mary Erickson and and Thomas Robert Chaney. My mothers name was Willa M. Chaney. My father was Frank V. Lindsay. I have a cousin(fathers side) who has done some research on the Lindsay side. She is in her late 80's. She lives around the Kansas City Mo. area. She has been kind enough to pass some of it down to me. I know my grandmother Chaney was an Erickson. I believe her father was Neil's Erickson from Sweden. My grandmother died when I was 10 so I don't remember much. On the Lindsay side I have info from my 1st cousin Margaret Ann Cummings. I'm very new to this.

RE: Stella Lansdown
Doris,
Stella is buried next to Leonard in Steele Memorial Cemetery, in Hartville, MO. I can try to find the grave if you'd like. I texted Kathy, Stella's grand-daughter and she told me where they were.
