Samuel McCall, Memorial 163432422
Hi Tammy ~ I wanted to check with you about why you list Mary McCall as this Samuel's wife. The birth and death dates match exactly on the death certificate for a Samuel McCall that I'm researching. This Samuel was actually married to Dorothy Caroline Curry (your Memorial No. 52705402, Caroline McCall, buried in Ohio).

There were so many Samuel McCalls! Let me know if I'm off on this! Thanks!

Frederick Judy
Tammy,
Is Frederick (Memorial# 124141785) an ancestor of yours or just a memorial you created. I enjoyed reading the lengthy bio about him and his family. Adam Bonn (Borne or Bone) was my 2nd great grandfather making Frederick my 4th great grandfather.

Thanks
Marty

You are so welcome. I do this because I love walking around in cemeteries, but mainly to help others find out about their ancestors and to help find their graves.

RE: transfer
I was looking over the memorials you requested transfer on. William was married twice, but Ocie's date of death was probably prior to the spring of 1904 because William married again in October 1904. But I guess he could have remarried a few months after she died.
Also, Ocie's middle name is Jane and her marriage records spell her name Osa.

Joseph Palmer
Deffie Palmer
Greetings Tammy,

My name is Joseph Palmer and am doing genealogical research on my family. I have come to a wall with Deffie. I have your information listed below but can not find information about his parents. Also, I can not actually find his grave in Maple Grove Cemetery. My grandfather , Deffie's grandson, stated that he was illegally buried in the grave yard and that Deffie's son poured a bag of concrete and wrote Daffy in it over his grave. I'm not sure how true this is and I can not find any information indicating he is in the graveyard. I am curious how you have obtained this information? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

RE: Ethel Grimes Transfer
Hi Again Tammy,

I was just noticing that the title of your mother's memorial may be incorrect when I created it. Provo City Cemetery records show her middle name as Gywane, but her obituary said Gywayne. I thought I'd mention it so you can correct it if you need to.

Thanks,
Annie :)

Hi Tammy,

Berg Mortuary published your mother's obituary on their website. They send me a notice to my email when they publish new ones. I hope you are enjoying the beautiful sunshine of the summer and are finding comfort.

Blessings,
Annie :)

RE: Ethel Grimes Transfer
You're welcome Tammy, I'm so sorry for your loss of your mother in this life. After creating your mother's memorial I went to link her with your father and read what you'd so lovingly written on his memorial. I think it moved me so much I forgot to link them because all I could think of was to transfer your mom's memorial to you. It's not often that I know that a memorial was created by someone's son or daughter so it meant a lot to me to be able to do that. You wrote a beautiful tribute to your dad.

Blessings to you and your family,
Annie :)

Deffie Palmer
In the Maple Grove Cemetery book, it says that "Daffy Palmer" is buried in Row 13 of the Old Rome Section in the back by the Mausoleum. It is a cement stone with red paint and no dates (just like 5 others around it). Next to it are two illegible stones.

Next time I'm out there, I'll look for it.

Anna, Johanna and Michael Kichler
You requested photos of the above from Ege Catholic Cemetery. Unfortunately they do not have tombstones. I did find there burial location and took an open photo. They are buried between Andrew & Mary Kostielney and Josephine & John Oakes. I also took photos of their tombstone. Kostielney is first than to the right of them is Anna, Johanna and Michael, then the Oakes.
Maybe you already know this but the cemetery book indicates that Johanna was 69y10m25d, Anna, 27y4d and Michael 58y7m27d.

Augustus Richard Bischoff
Re. you question on the death location of Augustus: I don't have any proof. An ancestry.com family tree named "Icelina Nelson ancestors" - Owner: "elmorgan77" - gave the date & location as, 30 Nov 1949 in Newton (assume twp), Harvey County, Kansas, and burial in Chase County, KS. In his 1930 Fed census he was living at Cedar twp, Chase Co., KS.
