Margaret Wilder
I have been puzzled about not locating Margaret's grave since this is a well-maintained, well-recorded cemetery in Lipscomb. A book of all the cemeteries in Lipscomb Co. was publlished in 1998 so I went to it, to see if I could figure out just where her grave might be located. She is NOT listed in the book. So I went thru all the cemeteries in the county and did not find her anywhere.
I would say that she did not have a stone or it was "lost" thru time, although this is an extremely well-cared for cemetery with stones dated back to the 1880s.
Good luck!

Sheila (Horn) Strickler
Hi Laura,

Its all transferred. Let me know if you need any others. We take all these pictures in the hope that someone will need them. I hope you will be able to visit this cemetery sometime. It is so peaceful and relaxing, especially in the spring when the trees are blooming. My grandson does enjoy this especially anything connected to Gettysburg and Lincoln. Just after we started on we found a relative that went to a brunch on the day of his address and then she sat on the platform steps to hear the Gettysburg address. He is really into military sections of cemeteries.

RE: Baird Photos
You're welcome. Glad I could do it. There was no marker that I could find for William (1833-1835). I'm assuming he's the son. If you look to the left of the memorial picture for Henry & Maria there is a small headstone behind it. It's to weathered to read anything, but is the closest to them as a possible headstone for William Jr.

Bairds, Waterloo, NY
Thank you for creating memorials for all the Bairds. Made it easy for me to upload the photos.

RE: Baird Photos
You're welcome. I took the photo because I thought there might be a connection, but they were so weathered I could not make out the name til you made the request for the Rideouts. Glad I could do it. I hope to be back that way in 4-6 weeks to look for more Bairds.

I can do the Bairds in Waterloo. I just thought if they were related that it would save on transferring.

RE: Baird Photos
I did some Baird requests for you last week at Martsville Cemetery. Today I noticed some Bairds at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo, NY. Seneca County. It's about 45 miles south of Martville. Charles 1858 1924, Mary Alice 1857-1929, Lena 1853-1951, Alexander 1853-1879, Robert 1847-1878, Jean 1822-1896, Anna 1851-1916 and Janet Walker 1821-1894. If you want to create the memorials & request photos, I have photos, that would be great. If not I will add them later this week. They aren't yet listed in the interment records for Maple Grove at FindaGrave.
