Putnam W. Sumner
Hi. You left me a message regarding Calista Merrick Sumner, the second wife of Putnam William Sumner. FYI. Putnam died on 2 Apr 1892, at White River, Muskegon, MI. He was married at the time of his death. Hope this helps.

John Harrison Pedicord
I made the changes you requested and then realized there is probably a death certificate for him. I looked it up and saw that his date of birth was March 3, 1926 instead of February 3, 1926 so I changed it just a bit later.

Is Stafford a name from a previous marriage? If her maiden name is Chadbourne.

Baby St. George
I believe that is the same record that I saw to create the memorial. If the Parents are the same, then that must be her. strange as it may seem, but I have seen babies scattered like that alone in other my own family tree even, there are two babies that are in a different cemetery then their parents.

Richard Leslie
Robert carl Williams (Leslie)
Hello Marlene:
My name is Richard Leslie and I have been looking for documentation for some time to support the Daniel "Oliver" Williams name. I have the marriage certificate for Lucy and Daniel but could not come up a link to support Daniel "Oliver" Williams. I have always suspected this to be true but was wondering if maybe you had some further evidence. I would be very interested in this if you do. I suspect the marriage lasted less than one year.

Thank you
Richard Leslie

James McLean, in Mount Hope cemetery
James' mother, Martha is nearby; #167020190. I did not see James' father, Clarence. James sibling Margaret is buried next to him. There is a headstone for his other sister, Marjorie, next to Martha; but there is no DOD inscribed, so i presume she is still living.

Mark Dav
William J Shedden
I took the photo of Anabel Shedden's marker today and one of the marker next to hers- William J Shedden. I added a memorial for William J in the Dundee Township Cemetery. Then I noticed that you have a memorial for William James in the Bluff City Cemetery in Elgin, IL.

Do you have an interment record for Bluff City? It's possible that he was moved to West Dundee. If he's actually buried in Elgin, I believe I can change my memorial to a centograph, but I'll have to check the Find A Grave guidelines.

Let me know.

Mark Davenport

Alice McLean
After searching for Alice each time I returned to Mt Hope this week the office mgr checked and double checked her records (computer and old index cards).
Alice McLean was laid to rest in Blk 3 Sec M Lot 104 grave 1. Lot 104 belongs to the Freeman family, the only grave stone is Arthur Freeman (b1896 d1927). Alice was his mother-in-law but there was no grave stone for her.

RE: Daniel and Mary Cash
I'll keep an eye out for them by next trip over. Perhaps they are on someone else's large stone, or as you said, lost or destroyed. I hope not and I'll try again. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Mary J Cash and James Casscles were my 3rd great grandparents. I have been researching for quite awhie and am so happy to have found a link with the Cash family! Their son Theodore was my 2nd g grandfather, then his son William (who was changed to Castle by then) my great grandfather. My grandfather was William as well.
I could go on and on...
Would love to chat!

Gribbon photos
I apologize for the poor quality of these pictures. I photographed the entire cemetery and apparently got pretty sloppy towards the end. Let me know if you'd rather me remove the picture so someone else can get a better picture.

You sent an edit with place of death as Valley City, ND. The ND Vital Stats show that she died in Cass County.

Guy and Vivian McBroom
You have Guy and Vivian McBroom listed as being buried in Calvary Cemetery in Chatfield, Mn. I just talked to his grandson and he said they are not buried there but rather in the Chatfield Cemetery. I will try to get out there in the next couple of days to take a picture.

Minnie A Burnell
Still trying to find William Wentworth's third wife's death. However, I did discover she was married in 1909 to Frank L Peters, and married to James F Smith in 1917.
Frank Peters was married 5 times: 1903, 1906, 1909, 1918 (ended before 1920) and married sometime again after 1920.

RE: William H Wentworth
Joseph Gaudias Lagace was my paternal grandfather. He died in 1926 so I never met him.

RE: William H Wentworth
I just discovered that William H Wentworth had four wives. Before he married Josephine Demers in 18 Aug 1832, William married in 20 March 1930 a Minnie A Burnell. Her parents were Charles E Burnell and Mellie Morrisey. At present I can not find her date of death or burial. She had also married a Smith before she married William.
With this all said William was married 4 times.
PS: Minnie Burnell also had two brothers Harold, Frank, and two sisters, Carrie, and Nellie.
