|Vern B||RE: Orley Harkins|
Thanks for the quick action and response to the changes I suggested. I have posted the 3 pictures I took this last weekend to her remaining page
# 64933546 that was created by Larry. I see you have a name edit in the works, did you also request and/or desire a transfer? Larry is very accommodating as we have chatted a few times already. PS there are about 6 or 7 other Harkins' connections here if you were not aware of that. None of them seem to have any family links made if you are interested in that. Thanks again for helping clear up the duplication here. Regards, Vern B

Hi Terry! I am wondering if David Disque is in your family tree? I believe his wife Lena was my 3rd great aunt, but her DC lists her father as Henry. Just wondering if you know anything about her. If you do, please e-mail me. Thanks! email@example.com

My goodness! Thank you! Hope I can do them all justice! One question, any clue as to why are their 2 Miltons?

Richard Granville is the brother of my 4x great-grandfather, Charles Peter Harrison (108610361). Are you a descendant of Richard? Info about their father is at the memorial for Charles. Best regards!

Cemetery is 1800s. Marble, limestone, sandstone in common use then do not hold up well. Marble tends to break at air - ground interface and does not like acid rain. Limestone does not like acid rain. Worse. Stones on slope. Worse. stones in forest.. do not get light to dry and kill organics.. finally creek cutting into the place. Most stones are down now accelerating deterioration. But I've seen plenty cems worse than this one.
But found foot stone for H. M. C. Maybe h.m.d or h.m.o. have no idea who it could be.

I added a couple more Coryell's to St. Agnes and linked the best I could. Also look at Fremd and Schmitt.

Let me know if you need any more obits, even if they are not from the Allentown area. I have a subscription at Newspapers.com to get obits from different states.

|Leslie Filemyr||William Connell in Mount Moriah|
I see that you submitted two edits for William Connell. I am not related to him. Are you? I would be happy to transfer, if you'd like. His headstone is near some of my relatives, which is how I happened to create it.

|Ace||Josephine Smith at Forest Home Cemetery|
Hi! I believe it was you who I fulfilled a photo request for Josephine Smith back in April. I have since been able to confirm with the original cemetery records that she is buried in the same lot as her husband. I have replaced my previous photo with an updated photo that is much clearer, and it also shows the entire burial lot. Please let me know if you have any questions in regards to this information. Ace

We seem to be simultaneoulsy researching the Abraham and Ernestine Hirsh family in Philadelphia. Do you have an Ancestry.com account? I have an extensive tree started for them based on the original birth records I obtained from Filehne, Prussia (now Wielen, Poland).

Are you near the Longwood Cemetery, Kennett Square, Chester County, Pennsylvania, and/or avail to provide photos from that cemetery?
Thanks for any assistance you may provide and the dedication of your work through Find A Grave.

I added the photo for Josephine B. Doll. Her parents, Elizabeth and William Hankins are buried in the adjacent plot F1-5. Also buried in F1-5 are Mary Ann Pim, Alfred Hare, Alfred and Emma Guillou, Rene and Cynthia Guillou and another Rene Guillou. Just in case any of these people tie in somehow with Charles Sooy. Also, The Lex plot is in F1-2 Charles, Mary, Mary, Frances and Christine. It's a confusing little corner, as to how the plots are laid out.
I hope this helps!

You are very welcome! I've had fun searching for your family. Maybe the Widmers aren't related?? Charles Sooy was buried in the plot first and listed in Plot F 6 - 7. Then all the Widmers were buried there listed in south part of 4 and all of 6 - 7. Then on the index cards, listed by last name it says the Widmers and Charles Sooy are listed as being in F 4 (s. Pt.) - F 7.
I tried to look for Alfred Dodd. Unfortunately, he is not listed in the register of interments for The Woodlands. But I see that the Woodlands is listed on his death certificate. So, it's very puzzling.
I'd love to hear any updates.
